Would not recommend
I ordered a trophy and an engraved name plate, and the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. The name plate was sent on the day it was needed, and the trophy didn’t arrive until the following day. When I chased for an update, I was initially told the items were simply sent separately, as though this was normal. Only later did they admit they had actually received the wrong trophy and had to request the correct one, which caused the delay.
I explained from the beginning how urgent the order was and asked to be kept updated, yet they chose not to tell me the truth and allowed the name plate to arrive without the trophy when it was required. This left me with no opportunity to find an alternative.
To make matters worse, they said they would only issue a refund if I returned the trophy at my own cost, despite the delay being entirely their fault. I don’t believe I should have to pay postage to fix their mistake. The customer service throughout has been poor.
I will not use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dear Nicole, Thank you for your review. You placed your order on Friday evening at 9pm after our cut off for Wednesday express delivery. I advised you by email that delivery would be on Thursday. You then called me and I agreed to push the dispatch forward a day but advised that we could not guarantee delivery for Thursday as this was not in our lead time and this is the busiest time for Royal Mail and couriers. When we received the wrong award, I advised our warehouse to send the engraved plate out immediately and our warehouse sent the trophy out also on Tuesday via DPD for delivery on Wednesday. I have now obtained the tracking details which I can supply to you that DPD tried to deliver your award on Wednesday, but you were not there to receive delivery. They came back on Thursday when you signed for the trophy. An option would have been to refuse the parcel which would then be returned to us as you no longer needed the award. You asked for a refund and as per our terms, I asked you to return the award. I did not ask you to pay to return this item and I was waiting on you to confirm back to me by email that this was what you wanted to do. I would have then arranged to collect the award, and a full refund would be issued. If you would still like me to process this, please let me know. Kind regards, Customer Services.

I missed out the engraving on one of my medals. They messaged the next day and waived the engraving fee. It wasn't a massive amount for the engraving but I was grateful to them for the prompt reply and support. I will definitely shop here again. Also the medals and boxes were great quality and heavy 😊

Great support and speed
I was impressed by the support provided and the speed at which the award was delivered.
I had not ordered an acrylic award before and was unsure of how my design would look; the team provided two options so that I could choose from them and then once signed off, the manufacturing and delivery was made within a very short deadline.
Many colleagues and the awardee were impressed with the final outcome.
