Indesit Spares 

Today I called Indesit spare parts to ask for a replacement cutlery basket for my Indesit DIF16B1 UK dishwasher. The basket seems to have disintegrated after just 11 months of use, and when one puts the cutlery into the basket, they simply fall through the bottom. After holding for 31 minutes, Faisal told me that this was an "accessory" and the dishwasher would still work without the basket. Its actually hard to imagine how one could properly clean the cutlery without the basket (which is presumably why one is fitted in the first place). Faisal told me that i would have to pay for a new one. I said that the basket was an integral part of the dishwasher and his company's policy was wrong. To this he merely replied that "I am wrong and I can live with that". What an extraordinary thing to say!
Why can't Indesit make a basket that is fit for purpose and doesn't deteriorate after such a short time?

Ordered 1 week ago still not arrived paid for royal mail delivery if I post a letter 1st class I'd expect it to arrive at recipient next 24 to 48 hours

they just displaying all parts maybe to get people to buy their products. i needed part for cooker which i bought only two week before. listed price was £6.50 for part i ordered paid they send refund and saying they don't do this part any more. but i checked now still they have that part available on their website. its mean they just showing cheap parts on website so people will be attracted to by indest products.
I checked from third party same part they selling in £40 each the same which this website displaying in £6.5

Good quality item (dishwasher cutlery basket) much better quality than all the other rubbish ones on sale in Amazon etc. Also, more expensive, but that's why it is much better quality. Prompt delivery, not quite Amazon Prime but more that fast enough for most people.
