Easy to book
Wavell was very helpful in making our booking and checking the details. It was handy to get the hotel & flights booked in one go. It's just a shame the price went up again from the day before.

Confusing
Booked on line, cannot remember name. He was very thorough and patient although I found it hard to understand due to his accent. I found the Whiz air line very difficult to use and the email documents from Luxury Escapes instructions unclear. In all a headache!

We have listened to the booking call between yourself and the agent and whilst I agree as an overseas agent he does speak with an accent, he was extremely clear, concise and patient, as one of our most experienced sales agents he has excellent spoken skills, but we do apologise if you found it hard to understand his directions. Our perfect family holiday
I was looking for the perfect holiday. The staff gave me lots of options as I was quite particular to what I wanted. They were patient, very helpful and friendly . They found the perfect holiday for myself and my family, and could not have been happier with the service they provided. In particular Kayleigh and Bella were amazing, and it was so easy to book our dream holiday. I could not recommend the company high enough.
