Wig was just as I saw on line. Very please with it.

Ok, I finally received my unit. I absolutely love it. I mist it with some water to loosen the curls a bit. Definitely mu summer wig!!

Love my selection and will order the 12 inch in the future. I received so many compliments on the color which also compliments my skin tone and eyes.

It feels very light and comfortable, and the curls look just like my real hair.

I never had a colour like this one so this is going to be something new.

I received my unit in a lovely box with words of affirmation on the inside lid. That made me feel good. The feel, the length and look are amazing!!! It flows. It’s easy to style and makes me feel absolutely fabulous!

I ordered my wig on Aug 28,2025 and I've reached out to customer service several times to ask when I will receive my wig. They keep telling that it's on back order give so many days, so I reached out again now it's going to take 25-35 days longer. Correct me if im wrong but why am I seeing this same wig on Facebook but different names of companies. If it's a custom wig no one else should have this wig. I think this is a fraud company. I don't know for sure but something isn't right. Im going to look into filing some kind of charge.

Absolutely Unbelievable!
I ordered the Wear & Go short ombre dark golden blonde Brazilian curly wig ($109) April 26. What I received was a short synthetic Jeri curl wig. Absolutely nothing like the model wore that made me fall in love with it. The "Absolutely Unbelievable" part is when I tried to return it. These people are scam artist DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
Unfortunately had I done my dudeligence to research them prior to my purchase, I would have never purchased from them. To make a long story short, it took 13 emails, 3 pictures, 1 video and getting my bank involved and they (my bank) finally reversed my money back to my account. It's a reason why they only have a 15 day return window. They go back and forth trying to convince me to keep the wig for 15 days, then tell you the 15 days return policy has expired. Then they nickel and dime the refund with shipping charges, restocking fees.......Don't waste your time or money 💰

I ordered a wig on April 20, 2025, today is May 11. When I placed my order it said it would be delivered via DHS. Every time I track it it has made several flights and destinations but no update on when I will receive it! I have ordered wigs with IDefine & Luvme & receive the wigs no later than 7 days after I place the order! I emailed customer service asking when I should expect my wig & all they do is tell you to track it! They should be able to tell me when I should receive it! I will never order a wig from them again! If I don’t get an update or don’t receive it, I will be filing several complaints & take legal action if necessary!

I ordered a wig on November 8th and have not received it yet. It was originally coming from Grapevine, Tx then when I checked November 14 it was coming from Hong Kong. They said it was because it was an international shipment but I know that it originally was coming from US. I asked for reimbursement and of course they said they could only ask for compensation. Whatever that is. Never buy from this company.

I ordered a wig on 10/04/24 it came on 10/24/24 it was supposed to be a bob with pre-cut edges instead I got a synthetic wig that looks nothing like I ordered and they are trying to negotiate with me and I paid $159 for the wig SCAM never buy from them

Ordered a wig that was supposed to be wavy and it was very curly and had a very strong chemical odor coming from the wig. I had emailed Instyle Wig per the website and stated the reason for my return. They asked for pictures and kept on asking why I want to return the wig. Sent pictures and repeated the reason for my return. All I got was radio silence. Not happy with this service at all!

Update:
I had asked for a refund and they offered $25 for a partial refund—I had paid $156 for this wig and the back and forth is atrocious. I told them no and that I wanted $100 for the refund and they offered me $40 as a reply. I told them again that $100 is fair since I had paid over $150 for this wig. They like to go back and forth and keep as much money as they can to deter people from making any sort of return. STAY AWAY!!!

Please DO NOT order wigs from this company! I ordered a wig December 29, 2023. January 11, 2023 I emailed Instyle Wig for an update of delivery and received a response stating that due to the wig I ordered is a newly developed wig the color process is more complicated and difficult to dye which I certainly wasn't aware of and only which I did prior to placing my order. I received the wig January 20,2024 and after taking it out of the package immediately I was not satisfied! The density, texture and color were just the opposite of the advertisement which I placed my order by. I reached out to Instyle Wig the same day I received the wig expressing the dissatisfaction of the wig and requested a refund. They responded telling me to brush it etc., wanting to give me a discount on another wig and continued to go back and forth trying to get me to keep the wig. They finally provided the return information for my refund. I return the wig and provided Instyle the tracking# as requested. I received an email from Instyle Wig that they're in receipt of the returned wig. I got my bank involved to no avail as of yet. A company that will receive their returned merchandise and not refund your money is NEVER to be TRUSTED!

Long story short. I ordered two wig in May. The shipping was terrible. Received them June 19/24 and I was leaving the 26th. The first wig was a dark brown with highlights in a 12 in. The wig I received a thick blonde highlights, thinning, and it the wrong color brown. The second wig was a curly one with 180. The wig I received the density had to been 100-130% because it was super thin. As soon as I got the first wig, I emailed and they refused to give me the shipping address. You get 10 days to ship it back before you are suck with them. They wanted to give 60 for 357 purchase and then said that customers took less even with a higher total. Fast forward I sent the wigs back July 6 before noon and they claim they haven't received them and they I never sent them.

DO NOT BUY ROM!

They have really bad customer service!! I bought a wig and was unhappy with the quality and fit so tried to return it the day after it was delivered. I emailed them many times and kept getting the run around about why I wanted to return the wig. I gave them specific reasons and I even sent pictures. They wanted to give me part of the payment back, or a discount on another wig, not a full refund. Very disappointed customer!!

This company is a scam. I purchased a wig and it smelled like a dead rat. They refuse to issue a refund only offered $5.00 for a $90.00 wig

I ordered a spiral curled unit, with blonde highlights throughout. A look that i normally wear but I had an issue with the company that I normally purchase from. Instyle Wig was selling the same wig, or at least that what was shown in pictures. Instyle Wig sent me a curly Afro wig with orange overly processed strands of of hair sticking out of the front of it! Now they’re trying not to give me a refund by stalling and offering me different discounts on another wig. They have absolutely no intention on refunding me. The company is in China, which means I’ll have to spend at least $50 just to get my $200 back

I Absolutely love the quality of the hair it is VERY soft. I love that i can wear it glueless and i'm a big fan of the elastic band it makes it feel secure.

From the beginning the company lavish me with excellent customer service. My package was received in a timely matter. Once I open my package I was quite surprised on the quality of the hair. The color is excellent.
