Ordered vs delivered
Ordered, what looked liked, a really lovely arrangement. What was delivered in no way resembled what was ordered. Ordered was pinks and purples in a gorgeous design. Delivered was bold colours bunched together with no real design feature. Ordered flowers on a Friday morning for next day delivery to, delivery was made the following Tuesday. When I complained and supplied photos I was offered a 25% discount. Never again

Edit:- After reviewing my order, Interflora have apologised and explained how what was delivered did not align with what was ordered and that the florist should have referred back to them. They have processed a50% refund which I consider is very fair.

I've now reviewed your complaint and I'm very sorry that the arrangement delivered did not reflect the style, colour palette and presentation of the product you selected online. While substitutions are sometimes necessary, the changes made on this occasion should have been referred back to us before the order was fulfilled.
Having completed a further review, I've asked our team to contact you as I believe we can offer a more appropriate resolution. We've also addressed this directly with the supplying florist and reinforced our expectation that orders should be referred back to us whenever the advertised design cannot be closely replicated.

Flower surprise ruined and not up to scratch
They called the person and ruined the surprise. The font on the card was so large it could be read like a street sign and the first time they printed the entire delivery instructions on the actual msg card also!! And the card was just a simple piece of paper no image or anything. I raised some of this via email and received no response. I understand your disappointment that the surprise was spoiled. Based on the information provided to us by our overseas partner, the recipient was contacted to coordinate a suitable delivery time before the flowers were delivered. While this is sometimes necessary to ensure a successful delivery, we appreciate that it wasn't the experience you were hoping for.
I've asked our overseas affiliate to investigate your additional concerns regarding the presentation of the message card and why it did not meet the standard you expected. I've also addressed the lack of follow-up from our team and have reinforced the importance of responding to customer emails promptly, even when we're waiting on information from an overseas partner.

The flowers were sent, following a bereavement. They were delivered promptly and gave some comfort for the family. It was a beautiful arrangement. I had several options to select from, with different symbolism and meaning.

Our daughter lives in the Blue Mountains, we live in FNG . We thought it was as good idea to send flowers as well as a gift voucher for her favourite restaurant, well we were not disappointed she was so thrilled with the flowers she received, we have decided to send her a bouquet every couple of months. The delivery service is great .
The delivery service is great and so are the florists and flowers but the website is the most user unfriendly site that I have come across. For people like myself that do not use computers all day every day it is a nightmare to navigate. I wasted a lot of time working out how to pay like I always have ,only to find that I had to sign up with the company.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Failed to deliver to my cancer patient mother and expected her to drive 40 mins to collect the flowers after chemo. Customer service don't care and don't call back as promised. Shockingly inhumane service!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the flowers I recently received from your service( interflora Darwin.
The bouquet delivered was far below the standard I expected and did not at all resemble the order I placed.
The flowers appeared lifeless and wilted, resembling dead plants rather than fresh blooms. Additionally, several flowers were so fragile that they fell over upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, as I was expecting a fresh and vibrant arrangement in line with what was advertised and ordered.

Ordered a spray of white roses and…
Ordered a spray of white roses and lilies from Australia to UK, for funeral of a loved one. Instead of a spray arrangement the flowers were delivered in a cardbord vase, like the ones are sold in supermarkets. and the charge was 5 times more. Upon seeing the photo, I burst into tears with disappointment. Their excuse is that because it was addressed to residential address, in a foamed cardbord box would last longer. It was not upto their decision and they should have delivered what was ordered. The flower was intended to be taken to the church the next day that was the day of funeral by our nephew.

Our experience with Interflora was great. Navigating their website was very easy, there was a great selection of flowers to chose from, and placing the order was also easy to do.
