I had an appointment at 10 am. Which was confirmed by email. But when I arrived at the store the shutters where still closed. After waiting for almost an hour there was still nobody. Tried to call several times but no answer. Not a good first experience, will not go back

I booked an appointment online and when I showed up the shop was closed up, over half an hour before the advertised closing time. I was going in for a phone repair so had no way of contacting them, and ending up having to pay twice as much to get my phone repaired elsewhere.

My iPhone was accidentally run over by a car so the screen and back cover was in pieces. I had very little hope for the phone to be in working condition again but I’ve decided to give it a go with iPhonefixed. The technician did full diagnostic test, changed the screen and the back cover and the phone is now as good as new! The service was fantastic, got my phone back the same day, I’m very happy with the result. And all for a very reasonable price. Thanks again

I have been having trouble charging my phone recently, I had to wiggle the cable to make it charge. I tried a number of cables so the conclusion was that the connector port was faulty - not great.
I took my phone in to IPF, left it with Liam and returned after an hour. Basically he told me that it was just lots of fluff and dust had collected and that there was no charge!
I'm really impressed with what he did, a lot of places would easily charge something or even fake a repair.
This was brilliant and is very much appreciated - this kind of customer service is outstanding and these days in the ever increasing noise of fake reviews, this one is very real.

Immensely happy to get my non-charging phone fixed for £29 and in a couple of hours, instead of having to shell out for a new one.
