The agent on the phone was extremely polite and professional. Even though she said she is new to the team she definitely provided the information I needed. Very impressed how quick and painless it was.

Worst company ever they are taking…
Worst company ever they are taking advantage of covid-19 which is appalling they charged me for march over 300% which is very bad i wouldn’t recommend to use this company

This is my first time as a IWN customer…
This is my first time as a IWN customer and I have to say the service I recieved on the phone was excellent. The lady was very pleasant and very clear with the company T&C's. I look forward to seeing if the rest of my customer service continues in the same manner.

On behalf of Independent Water Networks I would like to personally apologise for the recent network incidents which affected your water supply.
Thank you for finding the time to explain your concerns to us and I am pleased a member of our Customer Service team was able to help you on 21st February. We are working hard to build more resilience into the network to ensure an incident of this nature does not happen again, and hopefully we can earn back your trust in the future.
We will shortly be writing to customers who were inconvenienced by the incidents to provide written apology on behalf IWNL.

Awful company, hurt and disappointed
Awful company. Had 2 occasions now where I have been left with no running water for over 12 hours and being a single parent with a young child this is simply unacceptable. No apology issued or compensation. When trying to call customer services they had just disconnected the phone lines so you can't get through.
