I was there today, to get tickets for dogi otok. Online you with a disability card you can go for free everywhere on internet. The woman didnt accept and let me pay the full price ..Cheaters..

A couple of learning points on how to assist disabled passengers
Pleasant enough crossing to Split from Hvar 14 O0 hrs 19 May. Just a couple of points where service to disabled foot passenger could have been better.
1. On boarding a member of staff really helpful to us with using the escalator. On disembarking we waited until last to avoid slowing down others then discovered escalator either not working or had been switched. No staff around to help. Luckily a passing member of staff gave some assistance otherwise we might have found ourselves back in Hvar.
2.A clear sign advised that the key to disabled WC was available from the bar. On asking for this we were told to use the main facilities as the key was "with the captain"!
Ferry Disappointed
Horrific. Ferry disappointed.
Booked tickets for family + car for a day trip to Mljet. We were perfectly on time, just to find out the ferry was full. We booked a cycling trip on the island and need our car to visit the island. No explanations and the suggestion to take the boat 3 hours later. No thank you.
Jadrolinjia mangelnde Informationen bei Einstellungen des Fährverkehrs
Jadrolinjia - kroatisch gut - erwarte nichts und du wirst nich enttäuscht.
Allerdings: gestern war in Dalmatien heftiger Sturm, kann keiner was dafür, ist eine Naturgewalt. Jedoch wäre es wünschenswert, wenn eine Fähre in Orebić anlegt und überraschend wieder zurück nach Korčula fährt ohne Autos zu laden...(Es war eine riesige Warteschlange, Autos für minium 3 Fähren ) - es gab keinerlei Informationen, kommt noch eine Fähre, wann kommt sie oder heisst es im Auto übernachten zu müssen. Letzteres war der Fall.
Wir leben im Zeitalter der schnellen online Informationen, jedoch nicht Jadrolinija. Wo ist das Problem, einen online Post auf Facebook zu veröffentlichen, eine Information am Ticketschalter aufzuhängen, die Polizei zu informieren, welche ständig um uns herum fuhr.... Ich verstehe es einfach nicht, so im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, im Regen stehen gelassen zu werden.
Die Information, das der Fährverkehr komplett! eingestellt wurde erschien erst in einer Online Zeitung ( nach langem suchen ), nachdem 2! Fähren ausfielen... unglaublich chaotisch ....! Schade.

We book a return ticket on the 8pm from mainland to our hotel on the island, arrived at 7pm sat for almost a hour to find they had cancelled the ferry, as more turn up they closed the doors and lock up, we was stranded with no passport, cards, money with no way to get back to the hotel, they just did not care , next ferry 9am next day with no where to stay, DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE TO GET YOU BACK

Confermo le problematiche che si evidenziano in parecchie recensioni di questa compagnia nella tratta spalato Ancona:
Poca manutenzione della nave ed arrangiata ;
Pulizia non è eccelsa;
Quando ho prenotato per due persone una cabina c'era solo quella da 4 posti ma non specificava se era con bagno, io lo davo per scontato ( sono abituato a viaggiare con le navi per e dalla Sardegna dove le cabine hanno tutte il bagno interno) ;
Il prezzo di è esagerato . Ho pagato per due persone + moto + cabina da 4 posti €280, mentre un biglietto per la Sardegna identico € 137 tenendo che NT che la cabina era più grande e bagno interno ;
Trovare del personale che parlasse italiano nella tratta Spalato ancona non era facile.
In conclusione non capisco come si possano trascurare tutto quanto specificato visto che la Croaxia vive molto di turismo

Der eigentliche Grund für die Buchung der Fährpassage Ancona-Split-Ancona war ein Blick auf die Landkarte. Der Riesenumweg entlang der Adriaküste erschien mir unverhältnismäßig zur direkten Strecke über das Meer. Wie ich mich getäuscht habe...
11 Stunden sollte die Überfahrt dauern. Nicht berücksichtigt habe ich, dass man sich min. 120 Minuten vor der Abfahrt einfinden muss. Man wartet und wartet, bis einem ein unfreundlicher Uniformierter den Platz anreist. Service während der Wartezeit: Keiner. Weder ein Café noch die Toiletten sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Endlich an Bord freut man sich auf ein warmes Abendessen, welches dann mit max 20 Grad serviert wird. Passend übrigens zur Raumtemperatur. Auf der "Marko Polo" bläst man ununterbrochen eiskalte Luft auf die Passagiere. Warum nur? Was soll das? Lungenentzündung vorprogrammiert.
Zur Qualität des Essens äußere ich mich lieber nicht.
Dafür sind die Preise gepfeffert, sowohl für die Passage alsauch für Drinks an Bord.
Fazit: Definitiv meine letzte Reise mit Jadrolinja.

Noch eine Anmerkung:
Das Ausladen der Fahrzeuge verlief völlig planlos, unkoordiniert und chaotisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren sichtlich überfordert und kompensierten ihre Ahnungslosigkeit mit Unverschämtheit. Einfach nur unglaublich.

clearance between two cars, we would have lost our place in line because we were also blocked from behind by a chain used to close the waiting area. The unrefined, unfiltered diesel pollution in the port area where we were supposed to wait was thick (that stuff is toxic, so try to stay away as much as possible!). From Brac (Supetar) to Split, there was no clear indication of where to wait as there are two ferry docks. We had to go to their front desk to ask since there was no one to direct us, and this was 45 minutes before the ferry arrived. When we began to embark, I asked an employee to direct our car to the lower deck since it's wide, but he ignored us and directed us to the upper deck. The climb to the upper deck is extremely narrow (with only 1 cm on either side if you don't fold your mirrors), which I knew from our trip to the island. This poses a high risk of damaging your car (watch out and fold your mirrors!). On the passenger decks, people were smoking next to the open doors, and the smoke is getting into the non-smoking areas. Therefore there are no true smokeless areas. Some of the seats and tables were dirty with liquid spilled on them. No safety or evacuation instructions were brought to our attention by any crew member, and there was no reserved seating. The air conditioning was working inside and there was a toilet. The ferry left on time for us based on the particular ferry we wanted to catch, but this was only because we anticipated crowds and were already sitting in line 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time.
A mess
Took the ferry twice and both times the ferry was filthy. The staff guiding the vehicles were unfriendly. It’s unclear where you are supposted to wait to embark on the ferry.
Alles halb so schlimm
Wir sind öfters mit den Fähren zu den Kroatischen Inseln unterwegs. Ja die Fähren sind teilweise recht laut und eher unkomfortabel, aber eigentlich hat man keine grossen Möglichkeiten andere Fähren zu wählen da es nur Jadrolinija gibt😁. Der Preis passt. Das Ein- und Ausschiffen mit dem Auto ist kroatisch gut und einfach gelöst und funktioniert immer recht gut auch wenn viel los ist...und seit man online buchen kann ist alles Recht entspannt, da man nicht mehr Angst haben muss zu spät am Hafen zu kommen. Ein wirklich ärgerlicher Punkt war für mich die absolut überteuerten Preise seid der Euroumstellung an der Bar. Da hat sich aber anscheinend was geändert. Der Cappuccino kostet jetzt 2,70 Euro was echt in Ordnung ist.

Nave vecchia e mai aggiornata. Nella mia cabina (4 letti molto stretti) mancava la protezione ad uno dei letti in alto. L’ho fatto notare immediatamente e mi è stato confermato che quella cabina doveva essere assegnata a gruppi di massimo 3 persone. In ogni caso non c’era nessuna possibilità di cambio quindi abbiamo dovuto viaggiare comunque in quel modo. Il tutto a tariffe elevatissime (500 euro per la tratta Zadar-Ancona).

Bis jetzt immer ok soweit und pünktlich, Fährpreise waren immer ok. Nur seit dem Euro sind die Preise für Essen und Trinken unterirdisch unverschämt. Im Juni(noch keine Hauptsaison) 5,30 Euro für ein Ledo Eis am Stiel zu verlangen ist eine absolute Frechheit. So eine Abzocke! Ganz kleine Aufkleber hinzukleben die man kaum sieht und dann an der Kasse einen Schock bekommt weil man seinen Kindern das Eis nicht mehr wegnehmen will ist mehr als Abzocke. Schämt euch Jadrolinija. Geht gar nicht. Von den anderen Preisen will ich gar nicht reden 👎👎👎

Dyrt. Vanvittig lang ventetid - TRE TIMER begge gangene. Skittent og motbydelig båt.
Går ikke an å bestille tid, må komme til kaia og vente. Ansatte var lite hyggelige, og veldig lite informative. Tragisk opplegg, synd det ikke er noe alternativ reiserute til Brac.

Da evitare. Servizi a bordo costosissimi, le cuccette sono riservate esclusivamente a chi dicono loro e impossibili da prenotare nemmeno con 5 mesi di anticipo. Imbarcazione vecchia e sporca. Andate a nuoto o in macchina.

We bought tickets for the Supetar ferry departing at 9:30 AM and arrived half an hour early, only to be told there was no space onboard. No one could tell us whether we’d be able to get on the next ferry at 11:00, 12:00, or even later.
The entire system was chaotic and disorganized. The staff at the port were arrogant, indifferent, and completely unhelpful – even when we explained that we might miss our flight. Their response? “The times don’t really apply,” and “that’s just how it is.”
Selling tickets without guaranteeing a place onboard is unacceptable, and treating travelers with such disregard is even worse. You simply cannot rely on Jadrolinija. I strongly advise others not to trust their schedule or count on their service

Pessima Esperienza
Avevo prenotato un traghetto da Spalato ad Ancona per le ore 10:00 di sabato 26 luglio 2025, ci presentiamo al check-in alle 08:30 e ci dicono che la nave partirà alle 14:00 e di presentarsi sul molo alle ore 13:00, visto che saremmo arrivati ad Ancona di notte e dovendo rientrare a Roma in moto decidiamo di prendere una cabina con doccia per poterci lavare e riposare durante la traversata (specifico bene con doccia) al costo di ulteriori 100,00 euro. Alle 13:00 ci presentiamo sul molo e la nave non c'era. Aspettiamo circa un'ora e la nave arriva in porto, scarica i passeggeri ed i mezzi e carica noi, fortunatamente non eravamo in molti ed alle 15:30 partiamo. A bordo ci rechiamo alla reception e ci consegnano la cabina. La cabina era senza doccia. Torniamo alla reception cerchiamo di spiegare all'addetto, che non parlava nè inglese nè italiano, che avevamo prenotato una cabina con doccia. Lo stesso ci dice che potevamo fare la doccia nel bagno comune, noi ribadiamo che avevamo espressamente richiesto la cabina con la doccia e lui ci dice che dovevamo pagare altri 52 euro, dopodiché, ci dice che dovevamo pagare 48 euro e dopo 37...rimaniamo un po' perplessi da queste cifre sparate a caso e ci prendiamo la cabina senza doccia. A bordo il pos non funzionava e noi eravamo rimasti senza contanti e non abbiamo potuto né mangiare né bere.
Pessima esperienza con questa compagnia mai più!
