I am still waiting for my refund. Jadrolinija did apologize for slow management, but after more than a month I am still waiting for the refund. Now that want me to send proof of booking and I did sent my booking nr. and payment proof from creditcard, actually never received a ticket.. Now they need my ticket to refund they say...

Dana 27.5. uputili smo se u Supetar. Po dolasku smo dobile pogrešne informacije o vezu trajekta te smo po dolasku na isti trčale na drugu stranu jer smo pretpostavile da je ipak “Hrvat” jer se zna ponekad mijenjati trajekt, a nitko nam nije točno rekao koji trajekt ide za Supetar. Djelatnici privezanih trajekata Jadrolinije su govorili da ne znaju. Nakon punog šprinta na drugu stranu vidjeli smo da je “Hrvat” prazan i da nije njegov vozni red. Zatim nas je taksist ponovo prebacio s jednog veza na drugi, za koji su rekli da je ipak trajekt za Supetar koji smo tražili i NA KOJI SMO PRVOTNO DOŠLI. Međutim, po dolasku u 9:02 minute, djelatnik se podsmjehivao podizuci rampu na koju smo doslovno mogle zakoračiti s obzirom da ju je taman podigao 10 ak cm iako nas je vidio da se približavamo, mašemo i molimo. Konstatirao je da je 9:05 iako je tek u t trenutku bilo 9:02. Pokušale smo objasniti i zamoliti, nije htjeo čuti, već je bio otresit. Dodatan nelogičan korak jest sto je nekoliko metara iza nad također dolazila majka s dvoje djece koja je također trčala ne bi li stigla. Zaista neljudski i nekorektno. Postoje službeni termini i redovi, a postoji i ljudskost i spremnost za minimalne ustupke!

The ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari was cancelled 2.5 hours after we were due to leave on 12th August. We arrived 3 hours early, queued and went through passport control. We then waited on the dock next to the ferry for 2 hours before being told that the ferry was cancelled due to the rear doors not closing properly. We then headed back through the very passport control we had just crossed.
The problems really only started then. Jadrolinijia refuse to respond to requests for a refund and won't provide confirmation to Direct Ferries (whom we booked through) that the ferry was even cancelled!
AVOID this company at all costs.

Pessima esperienza prenotato tratta Bari Dubrovnik arrivato al porto ci comunicano che la tratta è stata annullata senza che nessuno ci ha avvisato, ho dovuto insistere per avere un"attestazione di annullamento e sono passati 4 giorni dalla richiesta di rimborso dei biglietti alla mail non ho ricevuto nemmeno una risposta consiglio vivamente di non prenotare con JADROLINIJA.

Überfahrt von Split nach lastovo ohne Probleme
Die Heimfahrt von lastovo nach Split eine Katastrophe. Abfahrt war um 04:15 Uhr. Angefangen die Autos zu beladen war um ca 04:05 Uhr und das war so stressig das man die geh schwachen Personen nicht einmal vorher aussteigen haben dürfen. Personal war so unfreundlich und zu hektisch. Beim rausfahren von der Fähre in Split war es genauso. Es handelt sich um die Fähre jadrolinjia Korcula. Werde diese Fähre nie wider benutzen. Bevor ich wider mit dieser Fähre fahre mache einen Bootsführer Schein und Charter mit ein Boot und leih mir ein Auto am Festland oder Insel aus

Bought ticket to a ferry online. Chose a specific departure. On arrival Two hours before departure, We where told that the ferry was full. We could take a later ferry or get a refund. Contacted Them to ger refund but they dont reply. Whorst experience ever.

They do not respond, I needed to change the date of my ticket, I see on the website you have to request a refund, yet no one responded and I do not want to lose £230!!!

Very very poor service! The damaged the wheelchair of my husband in one trip and forgot him upstairs in another trip. We had to ask help to completely strangers to go downstairs! We contacted them and they are saying we are lying! Capitan asked if my husband hit his wheelchair how he didn't feel any pain I his feet!!???
Why a paraplegic didn't feel pain in his feet? REALLY, CAPTAIN???? IT WAS VERY HUMILIATING ALREADY AND THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY BETTER! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Fahrt von Ancona nach Split vor Corona gebucht. Dann kamm vor 10 Tage eine Reise-Warnung wegen Covid-19. Alles gut, Fahrt storniert aber Jadrolinija hat 30% vom Geld behalten weil der Schiff fährt sogar... Aufpassen bei Buchung, aber ich kann nicht empfehlen. Absolut 0 Sterne!

Preso il traghetto da Ancona per Zara con questa compagnia. A parte un breve ritardo credo normale per alta stagione, il viaggio è andato bene

Today I needed to pick up a piece of luggage from the ferry in Supetar that the airline lost.
Bit of a nightmare trying to coordinate the timing of getting the luggage and the bus schedule.
When the ferry arrived in port I had 10 minutes to get the luggage and get back on the bus.
When I approached one of the Jadrolinia employees with my dilemma he immediately stepped into action, got me the luggage, carried it for me from one end of the ferry to the other....his name is Marijo V.
Thank you Marijo! Without your help I would have missed my bus.

Von supetar weg gewartet volle 4 Stunden. Dann ein heilloses Durcheinander. 2 Autos rein. Dann stopp weil wieder welche raus gekommen sind....die in supetar nur unfreundlich ...

I got 45 mins prior to departure but still missed my ferry from Bari to Dubrovnik.

How? A mix between confuse guidelines in the booking receipt, lack of information and non existent customer support in the terminal.

And I was not even with a car...

Update: In the booking receipt there are confusing guidelines about a check in time (no information when the check in or the gate close) and how it is just to change it to a ticket. Even in the representative response it is not clear which is the terminal and that the check in offices are THREE KILOMETERS away from the (quoting the still confusing representative response) "Passenger terminal-Marisabella Area, entrance: Varco della Vittoria"
