In the nick of time.
Eventually the company deserved a five star rating. We were messed around a bit ( two weeks worth) but eventualy we spoke to a chap, not sure of his name, and he sorted it straight away.

Cheapest price in the UK & swift delivery
Excellent value for money. Brought a Dyson AM07 cooler 75 £ off all UK retailers including Amazon.
Shipping and delivery tracking came on line on 3rd day.
Received it on 5th day.
I don't know how they sell the products so competitively and swiftly.

Bought Dyson V10 Animal vaccum cleaner following recommendation from WHICH Magazine. I was not disappointed. The price was the keenest and delivery on time. They also sent me raw plugs and screws which I, in error, thought were not in the packaging. Excellent value and service. Thank you JC Campbell team.

I ordered a new Dyson from J.C
I ordered a new Dyson from J.C. Campbell on a bank holiday weekend as my old one gave up.
The price was great and it was easy to order, no issues there. With the standard delivery time I wasn’t expecting it until the following weekend, but was nicely surprised when it turned up on the Thursday. Such a great delivery service.

The lid of the kettle didn’t open
The lid of the kettle didn’t open. It had already been returned by a previous customer as their address label was still on the box. I have had to send it back and am awaiting a (hopefully new) replacement.

With reference to your 1-star review of J C Campbell Electrics, we can confirm that we have received your returned faulty kettle and are currently arranging a replacement for you.
Please also note that we do not dispatch previously used or returned appliances. Having checked our records, there is no indication that the stock serial number of the kettle you returned had been previously supplied or dispatched to another customer.
Having investigated the concern you raised, we can confirm that the warehouse initially applied the incorrect label to your order. Once the error was identified, the label was reprinted and correctly applied to the relevant parcel.
Please be assured that both orders were dispatched on the same day.
