This is my first time ordering from jjgames I ordered pokemon xd limited edition Gamecube bundle and a memory card have rated 1 star for now I will post a updated review when my package arrives

Had to threaten to reverse the charges through PayPal to hear back from someone, they don't give a tracking number and told me now that getting a single game that shipped on the 9th may arrive in up to 14 days (on the 23rd) depending on USPS. I would recommend to pay a few more dollars and get games from another company that is more responsive and gives tracking numbers.

I recently ordered a PlayStation one game from Jjgames. I never received comfirmation of payment or shipping and the game took 10 days to arrive. When I opened the flimsy cardboard package that it was shipped in the game was broken in 3 separate places. I am still waiting back to hear if I will even get a refund. To add insult to injury they sent me an expired coupon with my order for a discount on another game from their website. Do not waste your time or money.

I have been using jjgames for quite a few years now. They are amazing.I hate walking into physical stores so this website has been a game changer for me. No matter what Im looking for they always seem to have it super cheap - for the times they dont have it in stock they will email you as soon as it comes in. Ive bought games, cables, game controllers, accessories etc. The shipping is always quick, they offer more than one payment option (Im a big fan of paypal) and their website is very easy to use. Ordered the game and it got cancelled a week later with no response from jjgames. would not do bother doing business very frustrating

I have done business with JJGames SEVERAL times and always exact game or product I ordered as described and shipped outstandingly fast. Will buy from them till they stop selling.

I was weary about ordering used game from JJgames I had never heard of them but the game I wanted was 6 bucks with free shipping figured I would give it a try. Ordered game on a Friday late received confirmation email Saturday game came following Tuesday in great shape. They also emailed me a few days later for verification that I received my order. JJgames seems on the up and up I will definitely order from them again they have won my business

Be very careful of this business, while I had ordered several N64 games from them there was one that stood out the most they had charged full price as per an authentic cartridge it had in fact been a reproduction cartridge they sent which its worth is less than half the price I paid for. Uncertain what kind of quality of their warehouse is in inspection of their products they get, did they even look at it? Did they get duped themselves and try to pass their loss onto a customer, or are they just unaware of the business they specialize in? Upon contact they want me to front the shipping back for their mistakes.

I had placed an order with Jjgames in the afternoon, and within hours had received a confirmatory email. When I had a question about the purchase, they responded very quickly. It turned out that the item I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. They quickly cancelled the order and promptly refunded my money. They were helpful and honest. You can't ask for much more.

I have made an order on February the 25th from the UK on Jjgames. Ordered a very rare PS4 Special Edition game that was priced very low compared to the market.
This in itself in addition to the poor reviews I read made me less hopeful in getting it in the state it was described (brand new) if getting it at all, and I settle my expectations accordingly.

lo and behold, today I have received the item after getting notified buy the USPS on Saturday that my item is with my local post office, and it is exactly as described. My satisfaction with the service is immeasurable and Jjgames made possible for me what otherwise was impossible, cannot express how happy I am and how very valuable to me the item I received is. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jjgames to everyone.

Hi, I really feel the need to put my input in here because i was extremely concerned after reading these reviews. I placed an order from these guys for a total of 15 PS3 games and my experiencee was excellent!! The shipping was very fast. They packed and sent them next business day Via UPS free shipping. I recieved my order in less than 3 business days. I ordered directly from their website and made sure to pay attention to the notes of condition of each game. After reading the reviews on here i was expecting them to arrive in trash condition. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY ARE ALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION EVEN BETTER THAN MY ORIGINAL EXPECTATION BEFORE READING REVIEWS. I was expecting at least a couple of them to be scratched or something but no every single game was excellent. Now trust me i am the first to share when a company doesnt deliver, but also i feel compelled to share when a company goes above and beyond and that was the case here. So thank you JJGAMES

Trust and believe all the negative reviews on here about this place and always do your homework before purchasing from a company. I made the grave mistake of purchasing WrestleMania 2000 for N64 from JJgames. The video game arrived to my address a couple days ago in absolute abysmal condition, filled with scratches, ink marks, gunk and grime inside and out. I was almost afraid to even touch the repulsive thing let alone take into my bedroom and put into my N64 which I've taken very good care of. Unsurprisingly when I reluctantly put it into my N64, the game DID NOT even turn on. I screenshot the ordering page of their website where it informs the buyer that this was to be sent to us in "good condition." I also took a picture of the dingy and decrepit appearance of the game they sent me to show that the game did not arrive in "good condition" as was shown in an image online. Moreover, I took a picture of the order letter they sent in the package that reads "scratched condition." Mind you, I have numerous games for N64 and all of them work when I put them in. I sent a complaint last week demanding that the product either be replaced with a WrestleMania 2000 N64 game that actually functions and isn't filthy or to have the $22.00 I paid for the game and shipping to be put back on my account. I have yet to here from them. They have some website where they demand you to do a whole big procedure involving rubbing alcohol and Q tips and a bunch of cleaning before sending their defective products back. Smh! Also, what's the cost of going way out of my way, repackaging this piece of crap and shipping costs from the post office.

Though I had a few tracking problems, they were quick to help me with it. I ordered 6 games and they came in early and just as they were pictured. They work and I really appreciate the discount I got as well as the extra code for my next order.

I definitely plan to order from JJGames again.

Cant thank them enough for my order to arrive just before Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close and they managed to get it here one time. The quality of the product was great and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for your great service.

They don't deserve 1 star if i could give no stat i would sold me a nintendo was no good Thought it just needed cleaning so i cleaned the cartilage still didn't work so i try to open up the console and couldn't come to find out they super glued the screw on it

I had no problem at all once you read the fine print to make sure how the condition of the game is you shouldn’t have any problem. Very quick delivery and honestly easy to find game that are hard to find in the store.

Marks item as shipped but only prints label and than does not send it. For 5 days I email and never got a reply from the seller. Reported to PayPal as they are scam artists who just want your money. Pity I not in the USA cause I would report them to the police. Avoid this seller. There are much better places to get retro games

Item arrived but its damaged got refunded in the end

JJgames will not help you when a package is lost.

Sadly after some emails jjgames did nothing to help a customer.

They could have replied with a "We'll contact usps to see what happened"
"we'll look into it and will reply as soon as possible, could take a few days"

But no, the old shove the responsability to someone else. That's just great.

I had been looking into purchasing a Playstation 2 and all of my favorite games from my teenage years, and I am very happy to have settled on JJ Games for several reasons.

I enjoyed the fact that there were pictures available for nearly all items for sale, so I could judge the condition myself and choose the system/games that I saw suitable for the setup I wanted. The system and games came in the exact condition that was in the pictures.

I also enjoyed the sheer selection of games for not only Playstation, but many other classic systems that I would love to add to my collection.

The shipping was fast, and I even received my package 24 hours before the estimated delivery date.

The only downfall was the PS2 controller that came with the system had two buttons that did not work properly. I emailed JJgames and they had a replacement controller already being shipped to my house before I even had a chance to check my email again. This controller is just a generic, but works perfectly. That's all that matters, honestly.

I am very pleased with all aspects of using JJgames, and look forward to using their site to complete my collections.
