Ordered 2 N64 items. Both arrived promptly and as represented. Price was reasonable.

This site used to be a fantastic place to stock up on those missing games in your collection as they used to be the most fairly priced site for retro games. Key words USED TO. They’ve inflated prices on some retro games almost 50% their average going price! For example; as I’m writing this review the average going price for a copy of Mega Man 4 on the NES is about $30-$35. They have it listed on their site for $70! I understand they’re a self made business and all and need to put food on their table but that’s serious price gouging and that’s unacceptable in this market. Revert your prices to fair expense and you’ll get way more business. Keep up the price gouging and you’ll sadly end up out of business as majority people will not pay those prices.

Shipping is fairly average, which is not a big deal for me. I always buy cheap, used games from them, and I always receive them in great condition as stated online. Everything is always good, no broken discs or any problems.

I ordered a game and I never got it. When I asked for a refund, they almost never answered and they did not take any responsibility at all. They did not deliver the product that they promised and they did not give me a refund. Stay away from these scammers.

I ordered a Gameboy Advance SP. They sent me an item not matching the description, so I asked for a refund, and they decided not to respond after I told them what was wrong with the item. It's been over a week now and I really need to return this system, however their awful customer service (if you even want to call it that) decided not to respond to me after asking what the problem was. YES. They asked me what the problem was, I told them the problem, and they never responded. Terrible company, I've only ever heard negative things about them. Do not buy anything from them.

i bought a console and the description said it came with 2 controllers and the game it arrived with 1 controller and no game i emailed them like 8 times no reply called them everyday no answer the only thing i got was the answering machine i contacted paypal then they replied asap lol they refuse to send me controller and now they want me to return the console and i HAVE TO PAY shipping **** these guys

After reading all the negative feedback regarding JJ Games, I was a little worried. However, I placed an order for a Nintendo NES and a number of Nintendo games through the JJ Games website on a Thursday. I received everything ordered, in the exact condition expected, within 10 business days. The prices comparable if not lower than anywhere else I looked. There are inventory labels on the sides of the games but they don't affect the workability. I am more than pleased with my JJ Games experience and will be ordering from them again.

Do not order from JJ Games!! You might as well throw your money away if you buy from them.. I ordered a game from them and I never even received my purchase. I kept emailing them and they said that there was no way to track the package so there was nothing they could do. So I finally just said that I wanted my money back and I never heard from them again. I doubt I will be getting my money back.. Dont waste your time with them.

If I could give this company less than one star then I certainly would. First, I was less than impressed with the shipping time however it did fall into the time period that was stated therefore I honestly can't hold it against them. The issue which is a huge issue in my opinion was this: the game arrived cracked. It didn't even come in a case but instead a paper sleeve. My son put it in his system and low and behold it did not work. It would spin and occasionally the system would say it didn't recognize it. He was devastated. He spent his own money on the game and waited over a week for it. I sent an email to their customer service department the same day it arrived. I attached pics of the disc. I was sent an email that stated the company was sorry and I could return my order or any part of my order by using a link. It was obvious this was a copied and pasted response. I ordered one item therefore I could not return "part" of it unless I decided to return half of the disc which considering the sizeable crack I suppose it would've been possible. I checked out the link to find some instructions about breathing on the disc and cleaning it with a cloth. Yes, that would certainly fix said crack right up. I was instructed to print out the label and send it back. If they found the disc to be faulty then I would receive my money in 2-3 weeks. I plan on abiding by this absurd policy (I'll send it back in a PADDED envelope) however I did send another email with the a video of the severity of the crack. I received no response. I'm not surprised. I couldn't get an original response the first go round. I have several concerns. 1. I will send the game back and be told it was never received. No worries. I'll be sure to have a signature required. 2. I will not receive a refund. 3. They will have the nerve to say the game is not broken. That's okay. I have proof. 4. I will get only a partial refund. 5. (The biggest concern) These people will have the audacity to send this game to another child. Come on, the odds are a Spiderman game is for a child. At first I thought it was possibly damaged in shipping due to its lack of protection but upon further investigation I noticed the crack appears to have a film over it. Is it possible they tried to fix the crack? I can't say for sure however in the end, the game was a total waste of my child's money. My mother had it right when I was child. Kids should play outside more and video games less. Live and learn. Buyer beware.

My daughter bought a game for her Xbox 360 and it came but had some very deep scratches on it. The scratches were so deep the games wouldn't work, or even be recognized by our 360. Very disappointed. We are mailing it back so we shall see how the refund process goes. Will update later.

I ordered one NES game and two SNES games from them and while they actually list "rental stickers on game" and "stickers on game" as condition notes about the games on their website THEY THEMSELVES actually go and PUT huge (and multiple) STICKERS ON THE GAMES! All three of my games are covered in their large "inventory" stickers. And these stickers are, contrary to what (name) told me in response, in his very rude and smug response, NOT EASY TO REMOVE! That's right- I responded to an automated request for feedback on my recent order and told them about the stickers and one of the games rattling- and (name) replied with an incredibly smug attitude telling me that "We put our stocking ID stickers on all of our items, it is how we keep track of inventory. That sticker is not part of the condition rating." and asking me if I wanted to return the rattling game. Not if I wanted another copy or to have that copy fixed free of charge no- just if I wanted to return it. I had already mentioned in my initial feedback that I did NOT want to return it. I was done with this company right then and have found a much better online company for buying old games. What an awful company in my experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They offered to purchase our 10 year old XBox Original along with a couple of controllers and some games for almost $100.

Two weeks later they said it was "not as described" and had PayPal give them a refund at my expense. They sent an XBox back to me with a different serial number on the back than the one I sent them.

A bunch of thieving scam artists.

Bad experience. Product did not work and jjgames not only would not refund or replace but they would not even respond to my problems.
