Terrible. Would never buy again. Quality was poor and packaging was worst. It was packed as if you should never open had to rip it apart! Worst service too.

Hi,
It's highly unusual to hear negative feedback about our packaging as our customers always compliment us on the care taken with their orders. We check all items before wrapping them in tissue paper and placing them in recyclable cardboard packaging. This is then sealed with a white paper tape for additional security to ensure that items cannot be lost or damaged during delivery. The tape can easily be sliced open on the sides and then the box/sleeve can be opened via the perforated tab.
We do not offer gift wrapping as a service, nor do we advised our packaging as such. I can see you contacted our customer service team regarding this matter and they offered to send you additional packaging as this was a gift but unfortunately you had already sent the item back.
If you are ever unsure about an item, it's always best to contact our team before sending anything back as we may be able to help.

Sorry to hear the branded label was missing from your item. This can happen during sale periods with stock being moved from our stores to warehouse, however we do try and ensure all garments have their labels attached when being shipped. We are inundated with emails daily but our customer services team endeavour to reply within 5 working days. I can see you sent an email on Thursday and we are closed over the weekend so our customer service team will reply within the next 48 hours.
