Item wasn’t in stock and communication was lacking
I placed an order to then be emailed days later saying it wasn’t in stock so would I like a refund or to wait until it comes in the following week. I replied right away to say I can hold on until it comes in if they can send it first class and I didn’t receive a reply or any further communication from them. After sending another email to find out when the item would be sent I eventually got a reply. The item was actually sent a couple days previously but they failed to communicate that so I didn’t know the item was on its way. Glad it was promptly dealt with but the communication could do with some improvement. Thanks

Ordered a few products form the…
Ordered a few products form the clinicare range no problems apart from one of the products been half full. I contacted customer service & they informed me that it may of been damaged during the transit.
Susan who took care of this problem for me was very helpful & kept me up to date of my parcel every step of the way. Received it within 1 working day with a thoughtful little gift.
Will be definitely ordering from joveen again.

Maybe need to review packaging for delivery
I received the product quite quickly but even though they had put a fragile sticker onto the package, the product box was completely destroyed so now cannot be used as a display product.
