Very bad service .i ordered a portion of chips and the order got mixed up.said it will be ready in 10 minutes but stayed another 30 minutes finally got fed up
And cancelled the order.this had been happening a few times I would suggest you employ more professional people for your kitchendid not even apologise

Me and wife took my 3 year old son to soft play to be greeted with a £13 charge for him and a £10 charge for us to sit down and have a cup of tea jokers 😂😂😂 currently in loddon valleys new soft play £6.95 and Free to watch him …. Beware 😡

We booked at party at Jungle Mania in Woodley for yesterday. When we arrived the to start our party the lady said we weren’t booked in - cue panic. We double checked and realised we had booked it for a week later. No worries though, the ladies did some swapping around and completely wiped away our panic and our party went ahead! They couldn’t have been any more accommodating, welcoming and were always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok.
The children had a lovely time and were all suitably exhausted at the end! 100% recommended and will definitely be booking another party in the future

I only go there as my grandson wants to go. The fact that there are now no children of his age to play with suggests its a place we wont be going to again. While the party area looks lovely, it can't be said for the rest of the place. When you arrive you have to press a bell and wait as there appears to be only 2 members of staff on duty. There were 2 or 3 groups of people who wanted to leave but we all had to wait about 10 minutes to actually get in and out. Everything is using a card only which is not terribly user friendly. Obviously the staff can't be trusted with money! The place looks tired and getting to the toilet is a challenge. Not only do you have to lift a wooden block and then open a door which if someone fell against would collapse. You then have to climb some stairs and at the top of the stairs you are greeted with the same challenge. Then you have to walk to the back of the store to find the toilets. any desperate child or ganny would have wet themselves before they managed to find them. There is a lift but it has always been out of action when I have been there. I shall not be wasting my money going there again.

I completed several times about toilet state and always lack od toilet paper there.
It's very filthy! I send emails no reply!

Filthy and unsafe! Booked in advanced at the Chichester soft play location and walked straight in no staff monitoring this so anyone off the street could have walked in and played with the kids completely anomalously which is quite worrying. All the equipment was dirty and all the chairs tables and high chairs were filthy it was disgusting. I left very disappointed and explained on an email how terrible our experience was and requested a refund. This request was ignored and I was sent a gift voucher. With no intention of ever returning I then chased for a refund again and am now being ignored. Horrible place and terrible company and service.
