Bro u cut my mates ear and gave him a very very bad cut #oompa lhoompa looking a$$ did that

I’ve been using Just cuts for a while now and have used a few different stores but recently I went to Mill park store at Plenty Valley shopping centre and Giuliana did my $35 trim. I was so angry and disappointed. Cut was too quick and at the end she asked if I wanted a dry off of the fringe. I asked her if she could but it was good to cost me $90 so I said just do the front so I ended up pay an extra $7.80 for a 5 second brush and blow with the hairdryer. She didn’t even run a comb through my hair or hold the mirror up for me to see the back. If she had she would have seen the long bits she left that I had trim myself once I got home.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!
I should have asked for my money back but of course you don’t see things properly till you get home. That’s why a good hairdresser is supposed to check everything before you leave the store. I looked worse than when I walked in!

I got my hair cut and the lady absolutely botched my hair. It's ruined, my thick long hair is now thin, short and uneven to the point I'm now trying to find ways to hide the mistakes. The woman should not be cutting hair. I got my money back but I now have to live with this haircut until it grows back. This is my 1 in a year cut, worse experience ever. Will never be back to just cuts bayfair

On the 22nd of August 2023 I went to Just Cuts Woden (Canberra) for a trim. Just a Trim...
I left the store with wet hair refusing to pay for a blow dry and with a hair style that is nothing of style and every bit of being hacked at by an inexperienced person.
I found out that morning I am to undergo another surgery for breast cancer and felt having a haircut would not only lift my spirits but also assist my personal care after surgery.
I avoid looking in the mirror the hack job is so bad and my son suggested going to going to another hairdresser to have it repaired but firstly I'm now back in isolation until surgery and secondly I can't afford it.
Disgusted doesnt even begin to describe my feelings.

SOUTHLAND VIC:I had a dream haircut here about 8 weeks ago. Went back for a trim today and the same lady wasn’t there. Wish I had just turned around and left.
Maxine said she could cut it. Alarm bells started when she pulled out the electric trimmer to cut the back edge. I had a shoulder length layered style. She took off two inches in the first 15 seconds. But surely, she has a plan, you would not cut someone’s hair with such robust confidence if you had no training surely?!
MAXINE then proceeded to hack at my hair like Eddy Scissorhands, with what looked and sounded like sewing shears.
This girl is completely unqualified and has NO business cutting actual hair.I now have what could be described as a thick uneven motorbike helmet, that really accentuates my double chin.
Thank you, you’ve absolutely ruined my life for the next 8-12 weeks. FU Maxine.
I had a better cut from a Brad Mondo tutorial during Covid that I did myself. Shame on the business owner who gave this girl this job cutting. She should be sweeping the floor as an apprentice. I’ll be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs. Don’t think I’ve ever had such a horrific friggin haircut.

I had the privilege recently of getting my hair cut , and washed / shampooed by Robyn @ Riverlink in Ipswich.
My expectations were easily meet and I got exactly what I wished for, coupled with outstanding customer service.
I’m really happy and grateful for the experience I received … as it happens, I’ve now finally found my new hairdresser …thank you so much indeed, I sincerely appreciate your efforts, see you again Robyn in a couple of weeks !

I went to a just cuts after my usual hairdresser was sick and asked if anyone could do a razor cut, they said yes and I said ok that's great. the lady who cut my hair was nice enough but it only took her 10 mins to cut my hair which should have been a red flag there and then. I left with my hair damp as I did not want pay extra on top of the Senior price which is now $38 and did not see my hair dry until I blow dried it at home. I was shocked at the way my hair looked, a bad cut for sure. I have contacted Just cuts twice now but have not had a reply. Definitely bad customer service and I certainly will not be going back there ever again. Unhappy customer.

Worst hair salon. I paid £15 to get my 5 year old daughter's hair cut at the Lakeside branch, however they have literally butchered my poor girl's hair. On 22nd July, a male hairdresser cut my daughter's hair, it was very noticeable left side was cut shorter than the right. I asked a couple of times if he was sure the hair cut was alright, he said it was straight. I came home and Iiterally every person I showed my daughter's hair to said her hair was not straight and looks like someone amateur cut her hair. I contacted the branch and explained the issue to give them another chance to rectify it, spoke to manager Holly, who asked me to go back so they can correct it. I explained it's very difficult for me to go all the way to Lakeside with my two other kids who are both under 2, however I will go in again and let them fix her hair. So I took my daughter back again on 5th August, the manager seemed nice but she has done an even worse job by giving her a jaggered hair cut, it looks like a kid had cut her hair. I'm in absolute shock as to how a professional hair dressers can do this. My daughter was so well behaved whilst getting her hair cut. I stood next to my daughter to make sure she didn't move her head. It's unbelievable what they have done to my daughter's hair. I paid £15 and took two trips to the Lakeside branch to get this awful hair cut. I could have cut it better myself. Please someone get back to me, I need my daughter's hair cut again and need the money back to go to a proper hair salon.

Online booking was easy, hairdresser was lovely, cut was great. But OMG so over priced! 13 year old girl earlier this year cost $45 for wash cut and blow wave, same person, same age range, same hair. Today same thing cost me $122! I was shocked it is half of what I paid at a luxury salon, 2.5 hours including a color. $32 to cut hair and $90 to wash and blowwave, 30 minute visit. This is not a budget salon. I was shocked

I popped into the midland branch and got in straight away with the lovely Jonelle. She listened to what I was looking for and more than delivered. My hair feels so soft.. I love it!. I ended up buying smooth & groom leave in conditioner, which J alsi recommend. It does what it says and smells fantastic (fruity).
She made me feel relaxed, being down to earth and gave great advice. I’ll definitely go back to see her.

I came to “Just Cuts Hornsby” last Saturday (29th July) around 9am for a wash and dry. I mentioned to you that I was about to test-drive a car that I really liked the look of that morning, so I wanted to look and feel my best that day.

Thank you for the lovely wash and dry you did on my hair, and for showing me how to smooth flyways – both with serum, and with a tissue and hairspray.
Your style made my hair look silky, gorgeous, and it sat really well. I went to the dealership feeling and looking confident.

The test drive went really well. I loved the car so much that I spent the next 48 hours completing a loan application for it. It was intense, challenging work with a lot of things to think about. But last Monday (31st July), the finance manager rang to say my car loan had been approved! I was (and still am) thrilled!

I know you only did a simple wash and dry. But I just wanted you to know that my appointment with you helped me look and feel my best, and it created a great professional impression.

It was also really nice to chat to a friendly face first thing on a stressful day, before a challenging week ahead. So, thank you - you made a difference on a day that really mattered.

I look forward to seeing you whenever I next pop in for a wash and dry at "Just Cuts" Hornsby.

The stylist (!) asked for my preference for style - then simply ignored that and did it her way. My lovely style cut (which just needed a six-week trim) is now a six-week bad haircut to live with. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, the price for a cut is no longer reasonable, which was one of positives this company used as an incentive to go there.

If the store says they’re open at 9 am and then you come in and the store isn’t open until 10 am on a Sunday. That’s false advertising. My son came in had to wait an hour before they opened. The staff were too focused on their own hair to even bother attending to the customer straight after after the false openings of the store.

Very unhappy hair style and when I ask to make style visible and nice the stylist ask more money. She refuse to tell her name even. Very bad experience and never ever back to Justcut salon anywhere.

I recently had a haircut appointment for my child, and I must say it was the worst experience I've ever had. The hairdresser's demeanor was incredibly rude and impatient throughout the entire session. Not only did their behavior make us uncomfortable, but the quality of the haircut was also extremely disappointing.Moreover, the haircut itself was a disaster. The hairdresser appeared to rush through the process, paying little attention to detail. As a result, the hair ended up being cut unevenly, with noticeable chunks missing in certain areas. It was clear that the hairdresser's lack of skill and care had greatly affected the final outcome.
