Richard at the smithfield shop gave me a fantastic haircut. He listens to what you want and then uses his professional skills to make the cut and style perfect. Made my day!!!

Extremely expensive for basic cuts. JustCuts, when they first started was the place to go for a basic cut at a reasonable price. Now they charge a flat fee for ALL types of cuts. $42 is excessive for a basic trim of adult male with short hair. I can get a cut and style for half that at any number of other stores. Corporate greed.

Got my haircut today at JustCuts. I'm a regular but noticing a sharp decline in 'talent' in getting a decent haircut. Today the person was not hygienic (that is just kept all her brushes/combs in a top drawer - no sterilising between customers) and couldn't style hair to save herself. In the end I could not pay the bill of $63 and she reduced it to just wash/cut. Very disappointing. Shouldnt be cutting hair.

Karan at Strathpine did a One on the back when asked to leave the length. Tried to stop but too late. She was wearing a mask so had muffled voice. Only a $5 discount.

I did not have a very satisfactory hair cut today. I am a regular customer of Just cuts, I requested for a layered haircut but the end result was not very satisfying 🙁. I wont be using Just cuts anymore , hir dresser hardly spend 30 mins to do a really fast cut on front and small tail bit on back, she did a quick wash and charged 64$, I was expecting more elaborate cut similar to my previous experience there.

Just got the best style cut at Just Cuts Indooroopilly by a male hairdresser. Very pleased with the outcome .

New Lynn Just cuts is where i got my haircut today it is the worst ugliest horrible haircut i have ever received it looks like a bob mullet if that even a thing and if it wasn't it is now I literally cried seeing this haircut I said I wanted a trim and she took off 15cm to 20cm and my hair is slow growing so I will have this hideous haircut for a long time. I have no idea how this business is still open. I want a refund

This is the third time this has happened to me. I looked on the app today before I left to drive to Indooroopilly to get hair cut. Website says closes at 5:30pm. App says wait time is 0-5 minutes so I don't book in as I can't be there in 5 minutes. I drive the 20 minutes to Indooroopilly Shopping centre but when I try and book into the app at 4:31 it won't allow me to check in. I call the shop and they say they won't let me in because they have a waitlist.
System doesn't work and not worth putting up with inconvenience as not as good value as it used to be.

I just got a hair cut from Benita in the Hobart city store (Cat & Fiddle Arcade) & she was fabulous. She was a great cutter & enjoyed doing my cut which was a little different. She was fast as I was a little short for time & good company & I'll be going to see her again.

Agnes at the Noosa salon expertly rescued my disastrous hair cut I had at a local salon in Wynyard, Tasmania.
Agnes is friendly, chatty and more importantly a very good hairdresser.

Werribee plaza Just Cuts. Worst service money can buy !!! And a lot if money . $ 53 for a man's hair cut with a quick wash. Didnt receive a scalp massage as i paid for!! The lady appeared to have little to no knowledge of hairdressing . Trying to give me a machine cut and i needed to " tell her off" . Actually asked her in front of other customers and a very embarrassed colleague if she actually cut my hair as requested. No answer. The hair cut was so bad, that i had to ask my daughter to " re-trim " it , so i can show myself in public.Nothing of that cut way as discussed and requested!! It is a disgrace that hairdressers like that are allowed to operate in this country. And the price is outragous. Next time i go to a real salon.

I took my 5yr old granddaughter to Strathpine Just Cuts for an inch off the bottom. Nothing more. 35$ and its crooked as it turns out. It took longer to put her on a booster seat and cape her than to actually cut it. Not even a shampoo for that price. Seriously disgusted.

I felt sad and fed up and spotted Just Cuts at Lakeside, Billy cut my hair and boosted my morale with his bright and friendly chat. Thank you. I left your salon with a smile and a perfect cut.

I would highly recommend Just Cuts in the North West mall. I had a shampoo and a cut and was extremely pleased at the care and attention given and the awesome hair cut I left with. The unexpected head massage was a huge bonus with the shampoo. I felt pampered, and appreciated the time they took.
