Good but lower points because of support
I bought a product from them but when needed support they disappeared.
They sent me the wrong product and to ease their work, knowing they are a small business, I offered to not send it back but have only the wrong color sleeve changed, even by paying for it.

Fast forward 4 month, they stopped answering my emails. This is not professional at all.

Edit: they finally replied and after 5 months they fixed the issue, still I think they can improve on support and I hope they will do. Will consider buying again from them since they are a small business

Brought the Maklaud hookah from here and I love it! Been speaking with Kasim as the item didn't have the mouthpiece but he assured it will be sent to my location. Great service from him.

Have purchased from Kakas a number of times now, great communication and processing of orders. If there are any issues, very easy to get in touch and discuss. Lovely touch with the sweets.

The service was spot on - quick and efficient transaction. Everything was well packaged and the sweets were a nice touch (which my little ones enjoyed at my expense). Also found the online web chat assistant helpful and responsive.

The union hookah shisha I ordered is amazing especially when considering the standard ones used. Smooth, great draw and the shisha lasts longer. For me was absolutely worth the extra £’s spent.

I have been ordering from Kakas Hookahs since May 2020 and I can’t fault the products and service I have received. He is one of the best vendors in the industry. Customer service is second to none and I like the fact I can message him on Instagram for a quick response for any advice/queries and questions I have in relation to my order. The daily deals up until Christmas have been fantastic, making products affordable is an understatement.
