Beautiful house!
The house was absolutely stunning, clean tidy and warm, the log burners were lit, making the house large house si cosy. Well equipped house. Decorated so stylish, we loved it!
Perfect location too for dog walks!
The bungalow in the gardens is amazing too, the views are incredible! A summer visit is a must!

Highly recommend!
We booked High Top Retreat through kate and tom’s for a family gathering. We were 8 adults, 2 children and a dog! We had a fantastic weekend.
The house is really special. We loved the light, the space and the views. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the nearby maze of footpaths we could enjoy without having to drive.
kate and tom’s communication was excellent throughout. The information on the website made the selection process very easy. Would highly recommend!

The house was absolutely fabulous. Kate and Tom’s was good but I did find that I was dealing with a lot of different people so there was a loss of continuity. I would use Kate and Toms again and recommend it to anyone wishing to seek a big house.,

I was looking for a large house to celebrate a big birthday with family. The website made it really easy to search and find houses that might work for us. Confirmation came through really quickly and we received regular updates too. All of the information provided was really helpful and helped to not only make the initial decision, but also plan for our time away. Staff at Kate and Tom’s were really quick to respond and we just found the whole experience really straight forward and easy. Thank you!

I asked for a quote & was given one for…
I asked for a quote & was given one for a large house split into four apartments. We booked and received a booking pack for a large house split into four apartments. Only the night before was I told we had only two apartments. We had to all squeeze together which is fine for a hen do but we are ladies in our 50’s. In our apartment there were 8 of us with one bathroom. The company called me once before check in after I pestered them, and didn’t follow up during or after the trip.
I accept fully that we only paid for two apartments but on every quote and communication and receipt it said four apartments. It was super bad administration & communication on their behalf. No one asked which apartments we wanted, whether we were happy with their allocation, they just quoted for four apartments, took our money & sent a booking pack for all four.
Needless to say I wouldn’t use again.

House was absolutely amazing such good fun for a group and the bar was great! House had everything you needed .
Owners was helpful and just a text away if needed anything.
the only thing we didn’t agree with is the owner letting herself in the house with a key whilst we was sleeping to check we knew where everything was. But was still friendly and welcoming . The stay was great.

I booked Marsden Manor in the Cotswolds…
I booked Marsden Manor in the Cotswolds for a very special reunion with friends visiting from Australia. I wanted to book somewhere special for them and the manor did not disappoint! Everyone loved it! Every room was gorgeous and I’ve never seen such a well equipped kitchen!! We all loved the heated pool, steaming hot and it was January. The booking side of the experience was very professional and I honestly felt they were invested in providing a special experience for us.

Confidence to book again.
It was the first time that I used Kate and Tom’s. I was looking for somewhere to celebrate with our family group and in addition to the details of the property they also provided full details of local amenities prior to booking which helped us arrive at our decision. The contract was completed in a professional manner throughout with booking, payment and return of deposit all done in a timely manner.
The experience has given me full confidence in using them again should the need arise.

Outstanding Home in the Heart of the Cotswolds
Excellently presented property in the heart of the Cotswolds. K&T staff offered outstanding service during our stay, even down to a 'Special Birthday' Cake and Bottle of Prosecco on our arrival. We were a party of fourteen adults and the accommodation was spacious, welcoming and more than adequate for our use with an exceptionally well appointed kitchen and dining area. Grounds were well appointed with walks for the more adventurous.

Fantastic weekend spent with 22 family…
Fantastic weekend spent with 22 family members ranging ages 3 to 81, everyone found things to do from swimming in the pool, hot tub, games or just chilling. The chase was spotless had everything you could wish for and more, the company were excellent to work with, lady met us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. I would not hesitate to book any accommodation with Kate and toms again, thanks for making our 50th wedding anniversary so memorable.

Fantastic weekend
Great choice of top quality properties with Kate & Toms. We stayed at Firefly Barn in the Cotswolds and the accommodation was perfect for our family celebration. The beds were so comfortable ( I am a terrible bed snob) and the linen was good quality.
The house was well equipped and had everything we needed.
Communication with the company and the owner/ house manager was great and was very prompt in coming out to look at an issue with a dishwasher.
I would definitely use Kate & Toms again in a heartbeat. Thank you to you all.
