Pedington Manor is beautiful and Sunny Morgan was incredibly helpful and attentive.
We have recently returned from an impeccable stay at Pedington Manor after booking with kate & tom’s. Pedington Manor is a breathtaking property, incredibly beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. The house is well equipped and well maintained making for a comfortable and memorable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, stunning views and perfect countryside setting. Our stay was wonderful and we could not have been more impressed. Sunny who supported me throughout the booking and stay was exceptional. I am so thankful for her responsiveness and genuine care as she made us feel so welcome and well looked after. Her attentiveness and willingness to assist at every opportunity made a significant difference and added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. She was incredibly helpful throughout and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect making our stay seamless and enjoyable. She even went to the extent to provide personalised welcome gifts that made our guest of honour feel so special. Booking with kate & tom’s and Sunny particularly was a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Pedington Manor, kate & tom’s and Sunny especially and would gladly book again in the future. Thank you so much!

Lovely Celebratory Weekend
We booked Winchester Manor House through Kate & Tom’s for a celebratory weekend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The house itself was lovely and set in beautiful grounds—perfect for our group of 25, and everyone had a great time.
The booking process was smooth and really straightforward, and the team at K&T's were incredibly helpful throughout. Even though we didn’t always speak to the same person, it didn’t matter at all—everyone we dealt with was fully informed, knew exactly what was going on, and was consistently friendly and efficient.
Overall, a really positive experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Just need another excuse to celebrate... ! :)

I organised my friends hen do to stay at Minton Hall. We met one of the owners on arrival who showed us round and told us absolutely everything we needed to know. The house itself is beautiful and the grounds…wow! We had an amazing weekend and would highly recommend for a big party or hen do. We would book again in a heartbeat!

5 Stars for Wisteria Farmhouse
We stayed at The Wisteria Farmhouse in Bradford on Avon and its was fabulous. The house looked great in the pictures but even better in person. We were so impressed with the amount of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our 20 hen's.
David our host was extremely helpful and responsive, as were the emails from Kate & Tom. The booking process was easy and the best thing was how well their website is designed - straight forward to seeing what each house has on offer.
David and his wife left treats for us to enjoy which was very thoughtful. We all had the best time celebrating and are already discussing about heading back to the house again in the summer so that we can use the pool too!

Bixley Manor is a stunning and very homely place at the same time - perfect for a large family event
Lovely throughout and a lot of different rooms to keep everyone entertained amd to have different experiences within the experience.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Kate & Tom's were also really good and straightforward.

Great selection of properties especially for larger group gatherings. The house we rented was beautiful - Redisham Hall. It was ideal for our group. Great facilities and excellent communication from owners and housekeeper. Highly recommend this property

Kate and Tom's was a great choice
Kate and Tom's have some wonderful properties available. We are a family of 16 people aged from 75 to 4 and they had a range of options for a half term break. We chose a house in the Brecon Beacons area and were not disappointed. All was as described with excellent facilities, comfort and cleanliness.

Beachley House, Chepstow
Was very easy to book through Kate & Tom's. This is the second time I have booked with them. I was provided all the details of the upcoming stay. We stayed at Beachly House in Chepstow. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to do different activities-the kids especially enjoyed the table tennis, football table, and cinema room. The whole layout of the house is very thoughtful, beds were super comfy, heating and showers worked efficiently. The outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna were a treat!
