Kate & Toms are beyond excellent. The staff, the care, the way they went out of their way to help me make my weekend perfect. Not to mention the incredible property in perfect condition, even more beautiful than the pictures could show and the great property manager nearby too. I’m going to be using them a lot in the future and now want to scream their name from the rooftops in hopes of blessing them half as much as they blessed me!

A great house in Ilfracombe for our…
A great house in Ilfracombe for our group of 11. Truly as per the description on the web site. Ideal location with off road parking. Easy walk into town but uphill to get back. Great little pub opposite. All in all it was 1st class.

We had a fabulous time staying in Aberford for a hen weekend. The house was lovely, very clean and modern and Louise was easily contactable and made sure we were comfortable when we arrived. The booking process with Kate&Toms was very straightforward and the team were always quick to respond to emails and queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely book with them again in the future.

Great service from Kate & tom's and property was stunning
We used kate & tom's to book Stinchcombe House in the Cotswolds for a multi-generational family celebration (90th birthday), and it was absolutely perfect. The house was amazing — beautifully presented, spacious, and finished to a very high standard, with everything we needed.
It was ideal for bringing the whole family together, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together across all age groups. The setting and facilities helped make the occasion feel extra special, and the whole booking process was very smooth and professional.
I would highly recommend both Kate & tom's to anyone looking for a luxury group getaway in England or Wales for a family event or special occasion.

We stayed at Haula Gem Properties as a group of 16 for a weekend hen do, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was spotless, spacious and beautifully set up — it genuinely gave us everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, celebrate and enjoy the weekend without ever feeling cramped.
A special shoutout to Kate and Tom, who were absolutely amazing throughout the whole booking process. They kept us fully updated, provided all the details we needed and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. Their communication and friendliness really added to the experience.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for large groups and special occasions.

We had a great time staying Ty Pandy
We had a great time staying Ty Pandy. The house was lovely with its unique decor and spacious gardens and hot tub. V comfortable beds and a fabulous kitchen/ diner area.
Plenty of room inside for the adults and 3 young children to interact. We all loved it.
The village of Rowen is well situated for walks from the house - St Celynnin's church, the Pilgrims Way, Tal Y Fan with Conwy very accessible and the lovely village cafe. Plenty of short local walks too. If time had allowed a second week would have been perfect. Hopefully another time.
Excellent dealings with Kate&Tom. All very straight forward and prompt replies for the few queries posed to them. Well worth it . Thank you very much.

The house that we rented was Country Manor near Swindon in Wiltshire.
The house and cottage in the grounds that we rented, Country Manor, were as delightful as the description on the website. It was perfect for our family celebration, 14 adults and one child. Leading up to our stay, the owner, Nancy, replied quickly to the questions I had. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house, cottage and garden. She was friendly yet professional and was on hand the whole weekend to answer the one or two questions we had about the property. She had left a delicious homemade cake for us, along with a freshly baked loaf, local butter and yogurt, and other delicious products.
Our five year old loved that she could collect eggs in the morning from the free range chickens! All the bedrooms were comfortable, the two lounges, the vast country kitchen and large dining room were just right for the number of people in our party. Two bonuses were the games room in the cellar and the outdoor pool! It wasn’t heated as that gets turned on in May but the five year old and one adult still managed a quick, refreshing dip!
The location of the property is perfect for local walks and is set in a very pretty location. Some of us walked to the local village pub and back one day and because the weather was kind to us, sat in the garden when they returned.
All in all, we had a wonderful weekend and only have praise for the property and the owner, so thank you Kate & Toms and Nancy. We hope to return one day!

14 people from 8 to 80 had a great time for a weekend break
Wonderful well appointed house that can take 16. Full use made of heated pool. Lovely walks straight from house & through the grounds. Loved the log fire. 14 dined easily all together inside & out. Room for a game of 7 a side cricket. Kate & Tom's online staff very attentive. Can't wait for the next special occasion to go again.

A beautiful house with great support from Sunny from Kate & Toms. Very clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. The games room, bar and hot tub were a hit with our family group with ages ranging from 20 to 90! Loved it!

Fantastic property, location and hosts.
We stayed in The Retreat which is as good as it looks on the website. An interesting design and construction, materials and fitting are all great quality and all room are generous. We loved the open plan living space and the views across the countryside from the house. Also, just so quiet.
Added to this, both the site manager and the owner were perfect hosts. One minor issue with a shower was sorted very quickly and both were interesting to chat to. Basically, we could not fault our stay, an obvious 5 star.
