After searching for a silver photo frame for a wedding, I'm so pleased to have come across Keep It Personal. The personalised diamante silver frame, together with personalised champagne glasses are stunning! The web pictures look only half as nice as the actual items. They arrived 2 days later too, well-packaged in bubble wrap and boxed. I know where to go for anything else and can definitely recommend!!

So happy with this company. We got personalised teacher gifts last year and again this year, they were great. After losing our beautiful and much loved dog 2 weeks ago, we ordered some cushions with her picture on a personalised tree decoration. They arrived today and are absolutely beautiful, such good quality and the pictures have come out amazing. The tree decoration is also exactly what I wanted. We couldn’t be happier with them or recommend them enough 😊

I ordered a personalised gift for my husband on Sunday evening and was very impressed with the communication and very quick dispatch.

The parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail on the Wednesday. Unfortunately this parcel was never delivered to me and the only tracking info and proof provided was inside a van ! 🤔.

After raising a missing item claim with PayPal Keep it personal were very quick in responding to me and offered a replacement or refund.

Despite not actually receiving my item I wanted to still praise this company for great customer service.

Ordered an oak frame, slight problem with peeling lacquer but issue was resolved by Emma, who dispatched another, all within 24hrs! Excellent response time and customer service, a lot of the bigger online retailers would do well to follow this model. Definitely recommend.

What an absolutely beautiful pint glass for my grandsons 18th birthday, the gift wrapping is amazing, very professional. Engraving is gorgeous, will definitely use this company again. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
