I cant complain. I toke my order within the hour so i guess is fine. autodesk pack having all the autodesk products inside so it value for money.

Excellent customer service. I had no clue how to install the software (3ds max autodesk) and a guy from the support team helped me out with teamviewer. I really appreciated.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal at a cost of £29. When I received it, I found I was unable to install it without an educational or work email account. There was no mention of this on the sale page. I do not have either type of account only a personal account, hence, MO 365 PERSONAL! I contacted the company with this complaint, asking for a refund, however, I was refused a full refund and only received £10. The following is a 'cut and paste' reply to my request which I think was rude, insulting, highly inaccurate and highly unprofessional...

You only get partial refund.
You couldn’t install it you said today, the last time you said that you just don’t want it.
In any case we do provide free tech service and its up to you if you use it or not.
After all you don’t need work or educational or whatever to install the office 365. Microsoft simple don’t care who you are and what you do.
We do not give full refunds for such cases.

There you have it!! I paid £19 for precisely nothing and had to purchase the product again elsewhere. What upsets me the most is the product was not advertised correctly and therefore, legally, a refund should have been made in full. Furthermore, I was blocked from making this review on the company website!

Do not buy MS Office from these fraudsters. Will send not actually supply you with a product key which you can apply to your existing MS account but a download link which is only valid on a new account, which seems to be tied to their account. Highly dubious practice. Just avoid like you would a steaming pile of cow dung.

Every app in this software is excellent!It suits my needs gives me and my employees the ability to stay focused in our tasks,helped me a lot with teams now that my employees with this corona situation had to work from home.The price in this site is a strong motivation!

I bought it a week ago and after playing with it a little i come back to say a big thank for your help on choosing the best office package for me.

Does what you want it to do(Activates Microsoft 365)
I bought this from keyforrest because it was £8 cheaper than buying it direct from Microsoft, Instant delivery for the code and activation is a breeze on Windows 10. Gives me all of the office software that I’ll ever need and the added bonus of 1TB of storage with One Drive(a big selling point for me personally).If you need Office apps or just some more online storage go for it.

This is everything I needed for my home laptop…although I wish Microsoft could explain what you get with your five devices a little clearer…and also how to add Visio…still 5 stars…

Decent Package
Good bundle if you are looking for the Microsoft Office suite and antivirus software. This bundle was cheaper than buying just the Office suite from Currys PC World who couldn’t deliver the little card for at least 1 week. This download was seamless and i had everything installed in under 10 minutes, inc. OneDrive. The McAfee install was quick as well (under 5 minutes, though it was probably quicker but i walked away from the laptop for a bit)! Took literally minutes to set up and make sure it was secure. I would definitely recommend this bundle!

keyforrest.co.uk is scamming site, for short , i bought 1 license for Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium and instead of sending Digital License they send me username & password to an existing a subscription they already have!!, basically they add new account under their Office 365 subscription

Ordered a product from them, after a few days they refunded me with no notice. This company is not trustworthy! Avoid!!

Absolutely terrible, no guidance sent with activation just a login. Tried numerous occasions to contact but didn’t resolve problem. I have now lost £29 as I went with Microsoft pay monthly as daughter needs this for home schooling. Please do not go with this company.

Lots of adverts on Google offering MS 365 but when you buy they don't send a code. Trying to get money back but they are asking for IBAN bank account details. No response on live chat, no answer re telephone. Looks like an overseas operation even though .co.uk url and UK address listed. Avoid

Got a reply and partial refund. A very aggressive response both to this review and my request. I’d still avoid this company
