The quality and value for money of the Enzo day bed was excellent.

Bed is nice and reasonable quality but the ? Premium sprung mattress was not good, you could feel the springs so we had to buy a thick mattress topper to counteract this. The customer service contact re delivery and delivery were however excellent

Bed delivered within good time. All six-million parts were present (ok, I’m exaggerating but it felt like that many putting it together)! One piece of wood was badly knotted and a quick phone call and they were happy to send a replacement free but didn’t need to in the end as the piece isn’t on view. Great customer service and good solid quality product for a reasonable price and cheaper than several other places.

Customer service really good. They were very responsive to questions I had prior to ordering a midsleeper bed. And they were also very happy to change the order when I realised I had made a faux paux with the dimensions.

Not only that, I had a broken slat more than a year after purchasing. I sent them an email asking if they had spares, not expecting much. But to my surprise new slats will be arriving in 2 days! Incredible service and thus I can only fully recommend.

A wee wait for the bed from the delivery time stated on the website but once we got a delivery date everything was very efficient. The bed arrived early but the guys waited around for me to return from work, they were very polite and respectful and put the bed together within 45mins taking all the rubbish away with them. My son was very pleased with the bed.

Fantastic product. Extremely solid bed. My son loves it and bedtime doesn't feel like such a chore now. He climbs in, we read him a book, turn off the light, he goes to bed. End of.

I few bits of slight damage to the edges of a number of the units but nothing that is not hidden once built.

Enzo Noomi is a good day bed / guest bed overall, good quality build, works as it should. The assembly instructions could be clearer and the different elements more identifiable, but we worked it out. For reference, flatpack assembly companies quoted £80-100 for a job that took 2 people about 2.5 hours. The delivery to the ground floor of the house only, not to the designated room upstairs.

The delivery and communication from this company was excellent. The bed is lovely but took a while to put together.

Great product. Good customer service. Re-arranged delivery date. Product was delivered in good condition and was relatively easy to assemble.

While you can find good deals on this website, there is always an element of risk when it comes to buying a mattress online. To offset the risk for the buyer, most resellers provide extensive descriptions AND and offer you the possibility of returning the mattress (it's called 'sleep trial'. Unfortunately that is not the case with Kids Beds Online. I purchased a Breasley Sunrise Wave mattress from them. The description is - to say the least - minimal. No detail is provided beyond this vague sentence "provide optimal support and comfort". It does not even say if the mattress is made of springs, foam or is hybrid. It is only after receiving and opening the packaging that I realised that there was an Uno Firmness Rating sticker that described it as 8/10 extra firm. Basically it is VERY hard, but I had no way to find out based on the description. I contacted customer service, and they refused a return because the packaging had been opened. They told me several times that firmness is 'entirely subjective'. What is the point of the firmness rating then? Why do all other resellers (for instance Mattress Next Day) give a firmness classification on their website? I challenge anyone to try a 8/10 'extra firm' mattress and subjectively consider it as soft. They also tried to hide behind the manufacturer's description, which of course raises further questions about their commercial practice (if the manufacturer's description is too short or misleading, why do you reproduce it as is on your website? Why do you sell their items in the first place given the risk of unhappy experiences such as mine?). All in all a very disappointing experience which cost me £110. Verdict: company to be avoided.

Really helpful over the phone then processed and delivered my guest bed promptly! Best price I could find for the bed I wanted too.
