Having been extremely let down by another online children’s bed retailer we were in need of fast delivery of a new bed. The selection was excellent and ordering process was very easy. Pricing was great when compared with elsewhere. Delivery was fantastic and very smooth. Communication was great. The bed arrived on Wednesday, around a week after ordering it, and we built it that night. The instructions did say it would take around 2.5 hours to build whereas it took just under 5 (and I felt that we worked quite quickly!) Unfortunately one of the boxes had been damaged with a puncture type hole which wasn’t noticed upon delivery and one of the parts had been damaged. I contacted the company the following day and a replacement part was with us by Saturday. Talk about excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was easy and efficient. From ordering to arranging a specific delivery day, being kept updated and the delivery itself. Was smooth and well organised. The bed quality itself is great and easy to assemble with the instructions.

I ordered the exact same bed in April from a different company and was still waiting in October for delivery. I cancelled that order and bought the Estella high sleeper with desk and sofa, this was delivered within 3 weeks. Really pleased, the quality is very good and it looks fantastic.
I wish I had paid for assembling and it took my husband the best part of 6 hrs to put together.

Best price online for the bed my daughter wanted, good communication from Beds online with regards to delivery dates. The product could have had included better quality 10mm pozidrive screws rather than the Philips but that's a minor gripe. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and product.

Good experience using this company, quick delivery and customer service was fast at replying to questions. We had one item which had a small bit of damage to it, I emailed pictures and details of the part and a new one was sent out the following day. Thank you for a helpful and easy purchase!
