Never received and Kidstoylover now blame customs. They expect me to contact customs and try track it myself.
They take weeks to respond to emails, phone number doesn't work and they have refused me a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

We are sorry that the handling and communication of this case have left you feeling ignored. We are not suggesting that the issue was caused by your operation, and we recognise the RC experience you have described.
The two 11.1V 450mAh 3S 75C batteries supplied with the aircraft were compatible batteries independently selected and tested by us, as the aircraft manufacturer did not provide its own 3S battery for this model at the time. This battery setup has also been used in product testing and reviews, and we have not received other similar reports indicating a wider issue.
However, we accept that this does not rule out an individual issue with this particular aircraft. We have therefore offered to inspect the model properly rather than reaching a conclusion without testing it. The lithium batteries do not need to be returned; only the aircraft and transmitter are required, and we will test the model using our own verified batteries of the correct specification.
Once the inspection is completed, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the findings. We apologise that this clear next step was not offered sooner.

Helaas werd geen verdere actie ondernomen door Kidstoylover. Geen vervanging, noch garantie na meerdere contacten.

Product arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged, box looked like an Accordion and was missing all the accessories. Sent pictures of the box and wrinkled airplane with a list of missing items. They said the damage was caused by flying and crashing. According to them missing items was not possible as they check every box before shipping. Save money and buy from Amazon or AliExpress.

After receiving your email, we opened a support case and reviewed the photos and details you provided. Our warehouse team also checked the packing process for this model, which includes an additional inspection before dispatch to make sure the aircraft and accessories are packed correctly.
Based on our review, we were unable to confirm that all accessories were missing when the parcel was shipped, and some of the aircraft condition shown in the photos did not appear to be caused only by transit damage. Our support team replied to you by email with the outcome of the review.
We’re sorry that this was not the result you expected, and we understand your frustration. We always take damaged parcel and missing part claims seriously, but we also need to assess each case based on the available evidence.
