Ordered first time from here, a rc helicopter. Site offers and discounts are very good and it was shipped internationally to India without <20 days. Very good product at the best price point. Will definitely vouch

I purchased 2 small 4 channel planes ready to fly.. they were fairly cheap less than 100 each.
When they arrived the box was damaged from shipping, I sent one single email to customer service and they took it from there with an agreeable solution.. they sent new parts for the planes and shipping was super fast. Both planes fly amazing. I have experience flying 4 channel but teaching my god son was also a breeze..he had no experience. But was able to take off and land . I am truly happy with the product, extremely happy with the customer service.. even after the sale they are right there to answer questions and or make sure everything is going well.. I have become a life long customer to this company.. you will not be disappointed..

Great product, love my Spitfire quite well used now and the replaceable removable props are invaluable.
As is the nature of the hobby these break, but nothing else on the plane has, and I’ve had some pretty rough landings!
Last lot ordered arrived the next day.

Dealing with kids toy lover is easy and fast. You ask them a question and they get back to within a couple hours at most. There products are good for the price. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is the shipping is a bit slow. But I wouldn't have a problem dealing with them again

First order was held back by post and resent back to delivery.

I want to preface that this review is specifically for the customer service. The Quality of the toy itself was fine.

My complaint is that I ordered an RC helo, and I specifically chose the 3-battery option ($154) but only received 1 battery ($132).

I know it's only a $22 difference, but when I emailed customer service about it, they told me the "missing" batteries were in the remote compartment...which would've been fine, except it was empty.

It's been almost a week, and the issue has still not been resolved.

Updating from a prior review, I received my RC plane, and found out that the failure to deliver was entirely my fault. This company did everything they could to assist me in receiving the plane as soon as I did. Certainly 5 stars now

Updated Review – Still No Resolution (6 April)

I originally left a review on 22 March regarding a faulty product. The seller responded saying the issue had been rectified and that replacement parts had been sent.

It is now 6 April, and I still have no working product and no clear resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

This was a purchase my son saved up for over a long period of time, and he was especially looking forward to using it during the school holidays. Instead, he has been left disappointed with a product that failed after just two days and still cannot be used.

For clarity, the issue was not caused by user error or a crash (despite what the seller has suggested). The aircraft was flying normally when the servo controlling the elevator failed mid-flight, causing erratic behaviour. The servo now spins continuously and is clearly faulty.

While the product may work for some, our experience suggests poor reliability and very poor after-sales support.

I would have expected a replacement to be sent promptly, with proper tracking and communication. Instead, we’ve had delays, incorrect information, and no real outcome.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company.

I’m have tried repeatedly to get in contact with Kidstoylover about the P40 Warbird RC we purchased which was faulty and I have had no response in over 10 days.

Please be careful when buying from here. We purchased a plane from then which cost over £100 I received item and it is faulty and don’t work. I contacted them and they are saying I could send back to be checked I then asked them to send me a pre paid postage to send back n they have said no I would have to pay myself which would cost have the price of plane to Australia. No one in their right mind would pay this. It’s not my place to be paying this for an item yous have sent me which is of no use. This has been going on from December now disgusting way to treat a customer and ruin a Christmas present.. I will be warning others about this and sharing on all social media’s

I recently purchased a go go bird eagle. What ever it is saying when I fly it I don't understand because it is all in Chinese. Well one of the things it was saying must have been your battery is low return to base ,because it went down and I almost lost it. I contacted them numerous times and never received and answer
I just want one that speaks English so I can understand what they are saying and avoid losing bird

7 days from order in UK parcel arrived from Australia. well packed with plenty of padding and was exactly what i had ordered.
Never used this company before but if this is anything to go by, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
In my opinion, you can't go wrong. great products at great prices with quick delivery. What more do you want???
