We ordered our set from Kingsley Smythe after much researching on the internet. I can 100% confirm that we made the right choice! Communication was excellent throughout and the delivery team Sean and his team mate were superb. There was a small issue with one of the chairs and a section of the table. Laura was unbelievably helpful and organised a very quick replacement for both. Jamie and his team member were superb in their delivery and assembly. Every member of staff has been a wonderful ambassador for this company and the products are utterly beautiful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Web site was good, telephoned with a few queries , soon sorted and order made. Regular updates on delivery. Time slot met for delivery. Jamie and Ryan arrived with a smile and were pleasant and efficient.

Quality garden furniture.
I ordered a teak table and four chairs, seat covers and parasol. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was on time. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The delivery men were smart, well mannered and very helpful.

Great service
Great service! Delivered within the time slot stated, professional and courteous delivery team. I had a few questions about the furniture and called Kingsley Smyth before ordering, they were extremely informative and provided me with honest answers to my questions. The garden furniture looks great and is really good quality. A breath of fresh air dealing with Kingsley Smyth compared to a really bad experience with another garden furniture company where I had to ultimately cancel the order.

Good initial experience
We ordered our Regal 6 seat dining set and it was delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team.
The set looks good although it is much lighter in colour than shown in the website, so I am hoping that it is grade A teak and not an inferior grade.
I will submit a further review after we have had the set for a full year and will have seen how it has weathered.

The team were excellent to deal with, especially Laura, who helped us put together a custom order. Everything, including the price was bang on. Even though there was a slight hiccup with delivery, the team were responsive and sorted the problem within the week. Highly recommended and thanks again to Laura for her great customer service.

What an experience!
What an experience from start to finish.
We ordered our rectangular, adjustable table with 6 chairs and parasol 14 days before delivery. The process couldn’t have been any smoother !
The delivery its self was fantastic!! We were kept up to date with expected delivery times a week before and thought the day of delivery. Barry and Darren arrived and very kindly set our table up so perfectly.. it’s the small things that count right !

Excellent Staff - Great Furniture
We ordered our garden set at the Kingsley Smythe stand at the Gardeners' World Spring Fair on 2 May.
Kelly & Kai delivered our furniture this morning and we were very impressed by their professional, helpful and personable attitude. Great Furniture
We bought at the Ideal Home Show on 15th April. There were many companies there hard-selling, which we hated, but the KS staff left us to look properly at the furniture to make our decision, before we approached them for advice and help. Perfect.
There were a couple of issues with delivery, partly their end, and partly ours as we were on holiday, so we waited nearly 6 weeks.
I was slightly horrified when the delivery team were not expecting to put the table together, but Kelly and Kai quickly sorted that for me and did a grand job very efficiently.
I am very pleased indeed with the furniture.

Excellent quality 150cm teak table and chairs
Excellent quality 150cm teak table and 6 folding chairs, a bonus to get the lovely seat and back cushions free!
We also bought the teak butler tray which really sets it off!
The quality of the furniture is excellent and will go well with our teak garden bench.
Remember this is a family run business, not Amazon so delivery will take a couple weeks if you're not local.
Big thanks to Kelly & Neil for very professional delivery and set up.

Great customer service. I had two items that weren’t in perfect conditions, I rang them expecting to go through lengthy phone calls and thought justifications, and I found a customer service that didn’t question my explanations and replaced both items in 24 hours. The best customer service I have found in ages!
