Extremely pleased with our new dining set and bench. Prompt and efficient delivery by Nick and Symon who were very helpful.
We met Lesley & John at the New Forest Show: both extremely helpful and obliging, as were those we spoke with at this company.

Nick & Owen, gave me a call on route to let me know what time they would arrive. Set up the table and chairs in no time, explaining along the way what I need to do in the first year which all made good sense. Very friendly and cleared up everything before leaving. Well done to both of them.

I recently purchased some teak outdoor furniture from Kingsley Smythe and was very pleased with both the product and the service. One of the chairs had a minor issue, but Nick and Owen resolved it quickly and professionally—replacing it on their next delivery run without any hassle. They were friendly, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Great service
Family run business, we ordered and paid a small deposit a year ago to secure the show price as we knew we didn't want it for at least a year as having work done in the garden. Dealt with Lucy who is lovely and saw her at a couple of shows to confirm we were still not ready which she assured us was not a problem.
Great friendly and efficiant delivery from Nick and Symon. Gave me a call when they were on their way. Delivered to area we wanted.
Full explanation of care given and sent in text message aswell.
If and when we want any more garden furniture it will definitely be from Kingsley Smythe . Thank you

Teak Furniture from Kingsley Smythe
We had some outdoor teak furniture delivered this morning. I am pleased to say that once the furniture was unpacked, removing protective packaging, it looked very good quality. However the best part of the delivery was the great attitude and helpfulness of the 2 lads delivering the furniture, Nick and Symon. Nothing was too much trouble, they inspected the furniture and then followed up by giving us great advice on future maintenance. They did a great job as representatives of Kingsley Smythe, so a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service provided by Kinsey Smythe. Furniture arrived 10 days after ordering with clear communication. Nick and colleague did an excellent job in setting up the table and chairs on our patio, removing all rubbish and a detailed tutorial in caring for the product. Would recommend!

Nick and Max were very efficient and friendly. They clearly explained how to maintain the table and chair set and put it all together very quickly. My partner and I were very pleased with the service that we received.

Very happy with new garden set.
Delivered on a Sunday just inside two weeks after ordering, which is pretty good considering the lead-in times we've experienced from several other furniture companies, especially a well-known one that took 10 weeks to deliver some oak furniture from its 'land'..
Furniture looks good quality and solid, although proof of the pudding will be in 5 years' time!
Delivery guys Nick and Max were friendly and polite, offered aftercare advice, and phoned ahead to let us know when they'd be here. Top marks.

Great garden furniture
Kingsley Smythe have been great to deal with. Janna, in Customer Service was very helpful and friendly, prior to putting in our order.
We were then pleasantly surprised by a quicker delivery time.
The guys who did our delivery, Nick and Symon were brilliant. They were extremely efficient at installing our furniture in the pouring rain. Nick then gave us a very helpful rundown of aftercare and maintenance.
Nick also quickly sorted out a very minor issue.
Overall the company has been great to deal with. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Nick and Symon are great travelling ambassadors for the brand
