A magical stay in the most peaceful setting! The cottage was wonderful, immersed in nature, totally private yet only a short walk to a great pub and an even shorter walk to the ferry across to another great pub. The best of both worlds! The house was wonderfully equipped and the outside cinema was a brilliant addition to our stay! We would definitely book again!

A lovely stay in an idyllic setting. The yurt is well finished and thoughtfully stocked. Ready for a short trip or extended break. Had lovely views, felt very secluded but a very convenient drive to amenities. Highly recommend

The cottage was situated in a beautiful valley at the end of country lane, one step from a walk in the fields.
Apart from birdsong it was peaceful with fantastic views and gorgeous garden. The rooms in the cottage are large, decorated with colour and comfort in mind. This cottage is a rare find, so many hideaways are brown/black and beige while Foxearth is inspiring and has us thinking of how we can make our home reflect the warmth and light we found here. The huge bath had my 6.3ft husband sigh with delight. Finding good food and things to do is far from difficult in Dorset. Leaving such beauty and peace left us thinking we must return.

Larkspur cabin by Wildscapes was such a lovely getaway for us and our 2 dogs. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, set in a peaceful landscape with beautiful views and easy access to local pubs, restaurants and hikes. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible. The lovely team at Kip was so helpful, and the properties they offer on their website are so special and unique! I cannot wait to recommend Kip to all of my friends and family, as well as find another hideaway through them in the future.

It was the most wonderful experience, we felt relaxed and refreshed.

Enjoyed the hideaway, comfortable and cosy, well equipped while feeling you are still in the “backwoods”. Friendly and helpful proprietor, with lots of information.

Peaceful location. Very clean very peaceful farmhouse. Although next to the restaurant closed by 8pm. When sat in restaurant bar area felt like south of France we had sunshine al week so the house got very hot especially at night could’ve done with some fans for the bedrooms. A parasol would’ve been nice as well apart from those minor things it was great. 10% discount in the restaurant, bar and shop. For guest

We had a really peaceful stay at the Potting Shed near Rye. It was a really beautiful space to spend a few days with our family. The cabin was incredible inside and there was plenty of space in the open plan kitchen/living room which led out onto a sunny deck. Our kids also loved the green space to play outside, and our dog appreciated it too! Hope to stay another time.

Gorgeous location, comfortable cabins and extremely helpful hosts.

So secluded and immersed in nature! Loved being on the edge of the lake and watching the show from the deck. Paddle boarding was so fun. Our first time. Found the beaver's house. Explored the woods and the lake both circling it and going over it on the board. Boat was lovely. Mattress almost on same level as the lily pads outside the window. Up at 4am as didn't want to miss a thing. Hence went home exhausted from lack of sleep - but that was our choice!

Lovely cottage in a good location for cafes, antique shops, eateries. A good base for exploring the area further afield. We had everything we needed at the cottage and the decor is modern and relaxing. Friendly and helpful host left a generous welcome pack. We would definitely return if we were going to the area again.

Clear website, Easy booking process and the accommodation and holiday was faultless. We loved our time at Springbeck barn so much we’re already planning our return. Gorgeous property with everything we needed, beautiful countryside setting and the friendliest owners. Thank you, we’ll be back

Gem of a cottage, in a lovely village, just as advertised.
The organisation was good, and the codes for entry and directions came when they said they would.
We had a minor hitch with the heating and the owner emailed me straight back and it was sorted

Fantastic few days away - everything was top quality including the peaceful countryside location - we will definitely be back soon!
