Great and reliable storage
The service overall was great! Quick collection and delivery. There was a slight issue with the third party courier, but it was quickly resolved and I received frequent updates through the company so it made things easier for me!

A Great service
Mia Butler was extremely helpful, efficient and always got back to me when I needed help.
The courier Stephen Keep went above and way beyond in helping my daughter with her boxes and we were so grateful for his kindness to her this morning.
My daughter has two more years in Oxford and I would not hesitate to use them again and again. A Great service

AVOID KIT KEEPER!!
AVOID KIT KEEPER!!! Although they are cost-effective, it does come at a cost. Last year 2 out of 3 of my boxes did not arrive for ages and when they did, they had changed shape. I received different boxes and all of my items were badly water damaged and smelled foul and had to be disposed of. When I brought this up with Kit Keeper, they blamed their subcontractor and said the items had been part of a flooding. After endless calls and emails, I only received a little sum of damages which does not equate to the personal belongings I ended up losing. Some of those items I held great emotional sentiment for. So, please do not use them because if anything goes wrong, they will not take any responsibility for it.

Great option for storage
The company was very professional, and price-wise, it was very fair. The customer support, especially David, was very helpful in responding to my queries, and that too quite promptly. The only point that I do find a bit challenging was the weight allowed for the box that was a baggage box, as the box itself is very big, probably 25kgs might be a bit unfair, maybe around 30kgs would have been more appropriate. Maybe it is something that can be looked into.

I really appreciate your feedback about the weight allowance for the suitcase box. We set the 25kg limit to ensure the safety of both customers and drivers when lifting larger boxes, but I understand how it can feel limiting given the size of the box.

Quick and easy
I received two phone calls to let me know when he was arriving, which was very helpful. The times/etas given were all accurate.
The service was very quick and I recieved all my boxes immediately.

Boxes were picked up on time by delivery - Kyle and Mick did an excellent job and offered to take the boxes off my hands when they saw me carrying them.
I needed one less box than expected, and the price per month was adjusted accordingly without my input. Really recommend for university students.

Kit Keeper are a must for Storage and transport of luggage back and forth between home and university.
Kit Keeper are an extremely effective , efficient, reliable and extremely professional service for anyone at university who needs storage over the holiday periods , or to transport luggage back and forth between home and university . They are so efficient. They have simply made my son’s four years at university so much easier . I can 100 % recommend KK. And , their staff are brilliant .
