I am a simple person: that is clear. I enjoy to live my life, and I like my boxes delivered on time. Whilst I would love to give this company a better star rating, adoration doth not a star give! My tempestuous journey started with this fair company when they called me after I ordered one medium sized box, and they asked "Do you not want more, my liege?". Whilst some may enjoy the gentle prodding of their judgment, I for one knew what I wanted and found it a little perturbing. Was't a desire to help, or desire to line their pockets with gold? Yet I understand this is a subjective measure, like reading a thermometer's mercury with drunken vision! And yet whilst my companion had great service, and I would have commended the company more if that was all, my box was late, and I did not get an announcement until it occurred. This is all in tow, I would easily recommend this company but be warned that the timeframes are a little funkadacious, in lack of a better word. The difficulties with a five-star system are plain to see here, for I would have given a seven out of ten. Alas, alack! Fractions destroy my deepest desire!

Incredible service, from the delivery of the boxes to the pickup it was very seamless. Malika especially was excellent with me and very understanding of my circumstances, I will definitely not hesitate to return to this company in future as they are excellent.

They were absolutely excellent, extremely helpful. They called periodically to make sure all information was corrects and that everything was okay, including calling to make sure the pick up of the boxes went smoothly. I wasn’t able to be there at collection but my housemate says they were great. I’m sure dropping off the stuff will be just as great.

Originally they couldn’t pick up my boxes on the day I needed them to, but then as soon as a possibility arose they called me. Really phenomenal guys working there 10/10

The website was very easy to use, and any questions I had were answered by the wonderful staff. They were always helpful. The boxes were perfect, and came with tape too. The collection itself ran smoothly- I was worried about storage, but KitKeeper are brilliant.

The most easiest and convenient student storage to exist! Had to pack up my place and move out before the next semester and kit keeper had got everything covered, delivery and collection was super efficient and their packing guides helped me massively to make sure I packed my belongings well!
