David from customer service was down-to-earth, succinct, and helpful. I asked about international shipping, and he explained the process very transparently, which is rare in customer services these days.

Amazing service, second time user
This is my second time using KitKeeper. I had stored stuff when leaving Uni for research, and it was successfully delivered months after returning. Everything was intact and in good condition. I booked another collection and storage, and it went great. Oksana is amazing at coordinating and helping. I even got a discount the second time. I am so happy I found KitKeeper. It's extremely convenient to book and have the driver come and pick up your luggage or boxes from your home. Thank you KitKeeper!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, very clear and helpful instructions. Shout out to David for being so kind and accommodating.This was my first time using this service but I he helped me feel very reassured. Driver was bang on time and very helpful. Will defo be using this again.

Great for winter storage
I had to keep some items in storage over the winter, and I used Kit Keeper to pick up the boxes, and put them in storage. When I needed them returned it was very straight forward to arrange the return. Would use again. Thinking of storing my winter stuff with them over the summer now!

The staff and support at KitKeeper was…
The staff and support at KitKeeper was absolutely delightful and helpful. They were on hand to support all of my needs. However, there was damage to my suitcase which I stored with them (one of the wheels is gone). Other than that, absolutely the best to use. There were no hidden charges and the website was very transparent and user friendly. Big shoutout to Elinor who dealt very patiently with me. Thank you!

Really helpful service. The company are really quick at answering questions and giving you all the information you need to know. The process of having my things collected from my door and delivered when and where I needed them was seamless and everything went smoothly. Would definitely use it again.
