Very helpful over the phone, I had different drivers for pickup and delivery so please make sure they get their moolah

The movers were very friendly, and I was in contact with Elinor throughout the process who answered all my questions and was polite and understanding. I will happily reuse Kit Keeper next year and recommend it to any student needing to move.

The only issue I had was regarding delivery, as I paid extra to have it delivered in the afternoon which wasn't made clear at first. I needed an afternoon delivery, and paid £25 for it. But if that's when it was originally booked by Kitkeeper I basically paid for a timeslot which was already given to me and have no idea if I paid to have it changed from morning to afternoon or if it was already planned for the afternoon and paid extra for nothing. In the future, Kit Keeper should inform me of when my delivery is planned (for the afternoon or morning) after booking it to know if I need to pay extra for my desired slot or if the provided slot already suits me.

Overall, polite and friendly staff, affordable prices, but a lack of transparency and information regarding delivery slots.

The whole process was really easy and stress-free. I received quick replies from Oksana and David who were both so kind, answering any questions and helping me with the pickup and delivery of my boxes. I would definitely recommend :)

I live in halls of residence at uni. Reception had all sorts of issues with collection (lots of people moving out and such) and I felt super anxious moving out my stuff. I'm an international student and I packed a lot of things. The FAQs on their website is really good, it answered most of my questions.

I kept in touch with David from Kit Keeper through email. After I placed an order they helped me with the process and answered all my questions. I was quite surprised at how quickly they replied to my emails. When the driver got to reception, it only took a few minutes and all the boxes were collected.

Overall, very friendly and helpful and I would pick them again for student storage.

I found Kit Keeper on a Google search as I was desperate to store some stuff before heading for fieldwork. I was so happy I booked with them. The prices are great and they come and collect from your accommodation or college. It was super easy to book and David, Elinor and Oksana were super helpful, in communications. The courier was a bit late for collection but he messaged me and even informed me after collecting. Great service. Thanks!

Moving is always stressful, but my driver, Danny Cartwright, was incredibly helpful when he came to pick up my boxes. He was super friendly, which made the process SO much smoother than I thought it would be! I would 100% use kit keeper again in the future.

The information on the website is really helpful especially the FAQs! Queries made via email are answered quickly by helpful staff who follow up on the order throughout the whole process. The collection of boxes was on time and handled with care.

Really great storage company. I received a call when the driver was on his way. All in all, a very smooth process. Only downside was that I had to move the boxes to the ground floor of my building without assistance from the driver.

It was really a great experience with Kit Keeper. I was really amazed by their fast delivery. They collected the boxes on Friday and delivered them the next day, thanks to their fast delivery. All my boxes are intact, including one monitor and one CPU. Only one suggestion is to update the contact timing on your website to only weekdays. I tried on Saturday, but it was closed.

We used KitKeeper to store student essentials over the Christmas break during our daughter’s first holiday at college. The interface on the website was really easy to use, the customer service through email and phonecalls was superlative, and the follow up after the service was a nice touch. The communication with the van driver was clear and timely, and all done with a smile. The pre-printed labels are clear and the boxes of high quality. The main reason we will use KitKeeper again is that they offer flexibility in your booking, thereby accommodating ever-changing arrangements, even last minute ones, of students! End to end, the experience was personal and thoughtful and I would highly recommend them.
