The entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone involved during the booking, the pick-up and the return was very friendly and helpful. My boxes were picked up and returned punctually and in good condition. I can highly recommend this service.

Another fantastic experience with kit keeper.Boxes delivered both from home and from storage promptly without any problems. Both David and Oksana were incredibly helpful and checked in regularly to make sure the process was going smoothly. Cant fault them!

I have never experienced such an incredible customer support and professionalism in a very long time, especially by a logistics company. Here are three reasons:

1) Smooth Boxes delivery and Collection, FANTASTIC PRICE: As an international student, the process of moving and storage was overwhelming: most other companies had very high prices and such a difficult process to arrange the storage. BUT KITKEEPER MADE IT SO EASY! The delivery of boxes was right on time, they even accommodated to a date change. Throughout the process they were in touch with me and kept me in the loop. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable and super affordable!

2) During Storage Period: HERE IS THE BEST PART. I had overestimated how much luggage I would have and taken a more expensive plan. Two months later ( my stuff was in storage)- I get an email from Oksana (An employee) saying that I haven't stored those many boxes- they not only changed my plan midway but gave me refund for the two months of the extra amount I had paid! In today's day and age, where everything in companies has become about profit, I was genuinely touched by this kind of authenticity and spirit to put customer's first!

3) Redelivery: I got confused with the portal and was not sure of how to schedule redelivery. I sent them an email and within one working hour they send me a detailed email with step-by-step screenshots of how I can use their website to schedule redelivery. They also said that if I was still struggling, I could reach out to them and they will schedule it on my behalf!

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I have to point a very minor flaw it would be the design of their website and the intuitiveness of scheduling/rescheduling on the website portal. But honestly, their incredible strengths of customer service and professionalism makes up for this very minor flaw. :)

They always keep you informed and check up/call upon collection/deliveries. They keep on touch during orders and couriers are super friendly! Can’t wait to use again next term :)

I stored 3 boxes with Kit Keeper and then I needed them to be delivered to Slovakia. There were no problems along the way, everything went as expected. Storage was for very affordable price, international shipping little pricy, but they also did the required inventory so it was worth it. Definitely the easiest way to get my stuff back.

The provided service was not as expected. I sent three large packages from the University of York in the UK on 2nd September to Madrid. They never arrived to Madrid, and I had to get them back from York on November. This is because they were sent twice to Madrid, and for no clear reason they could not arrive to my home. The only plausible way to get my stuff back was to take a plane from Madrid to York because somehow it was not possible to obtain my packages.

On the positive side, I have to say that the content of the packages was in good conditions.

As a summary, despite their good intentions, they could not achieve what they assured: to send the packages from York (UK), to Madrid (Spain)

KitKeeper literally arrive at your doorstep (having already sent boxes for you to pack your belongings) and collect everything. They also drop everything off at a pre-set time, with nothing damaged or opened.

As an international student, I have always stressed about where to store my luggage over holidays, but no longer! Not with KitKeeper!

I had such a seamless experience, with the company dropping off boxes exactly when they said they would and picking them up. Throughout my experience, customer service was great, with Oksana being a truly helpful hand throughout.

Amazing service! Was a bit worried because the company's not very well-known with my friends but so glad I took a chance. Wonderful communication throughout the whole process, made me feel safe about my stuff. All boxes and suitcase were all returned to me un-damaged and no surprise/hidden fees!

It was good experience from the pickup to the delivery. Especially the delivery since my flat was on the top floor but the delivery guy got all the boxes to the top without a lift. Although I would like to point out that kit keeper gave me some difficulty during the payments since some of the payments didn't go through or didn't update but that was also resolved with the help of the staff.

Got everything picked up, stored, and delivered as required. Quick responses to any queries via email and phone as well.

This was a great way to store my things especially as a student. They had amazing services, everyone is so helpful and understanding. And issues with delivery were communicated and were sorted out quickly with no hassle. Would definitely be using their services again.

Everything worked out very well. The collection was delayed because of some accident on the road but the staff was very helpful, calling to let me know about the issue. Other than that, everyone was very nice and efficient.

Very pleased with the service, the customer service is impeccable as they reply and help you sort out issues promptly. Oksana was most helpful. I did have an issue where there was miscommunication and I was charged for one extra suitcase. However, once I brought it to their attention it was immediately resolving and I was given a refund followed with thorough explanations to prevent confusions. The only issue is that they do not deliver the storage items to your room and that is why I was slightly inconvenienced. Despite this I would definitely employ their services again as an international student due to the great customer that puts you at ease.
