Very helpful indeed. Sourced replacement halogen bulbs for me.

It took far longer to arrive after ordering than I would have expected, but in any case, either I orderd the wrong size bulb or the wrong one was picked. Whichever the case, the screw thread was far too large to fit into my lamp. I have now replaced the lamp entirely, so will keep the bulb until a use for it appears. It's not worth the effort to return it. Otherwise Lampco seem a perfectly okay business to deal with.

Just not a good company

I bought two bulbs. One was broke on arrival. The other broke within five mins.

Selection good, delivered on time however amending my order online was a challenge

Bad supplier do not use. I ordered two 600mm bulbs and was sent one 500mm bulb. They said the 600mm was obsolete and the 500mm replaces it but I would have to move the wires that are buried in the wall to make the 500mm fit. Now I have to pay to send back the bulb. Please check you get the correct amount that you order because they rip you off.

Fast service and turnaround. Goods as described. Great packaging. Will keep buying from this excellent retailer. :)

The bulbs are shorter than my usual, however, that was my mistake for not ordering the 13w
Apart from the length I've got no other issues with them and they gave me an extraordinary brightness that I was hoping for for my hair salon

The lamp company was the 5th company i had contacted trying to purchase a certain fluecent bulb, after all the others had said that i could not obtain this particular product, and tried to fob me off will LED lighting instead, until i came across the lamp company, i sent a message, asking for the bulb, and got a reply within a day, saying they had plenty in stock, so i purchased a couple, and received them 3 days later, in perfect condition, excellent service, highly recommended.

Having read the amazing article in the New Scientist about the importance of red and infra-red light for our health and well-being, I bought a number of old-fashioned incandescent bulbs, to use instead of LEDs in winter (when there's less daylight and I might go short of red light). I'll put them in the light fittings where I spend most time and avoid "ultra-processed" light. The Lamp Company delivered what I ordered promptly and well packaged.
