Aone of my lights arrived damaged but I have contacted customer services and they responded quickly and are sending a replacement. I can't say fairer than that. These things can happen and I am pleased with how they have dealt with it which leaves me feeling confident to buy from them in the future.

Purchased a replacement batton fitting which was a good price and dispatched quickly. Unfortunately it couldn't be delivered as I was at work on the three times fed ex tried. Then it went back to fed ex with no way of getting it back from them via the app or otherwise. I rang lampshoponline not really expecting someone to answer, but they did and had me another on the way immediately, which arrived the next day! Also got a follow up call to make sure all was good.

I paid for a next day delivery.. didn't get it. Nearly two weeks on now and still no delivery and no response to my emails asking when can expect my lamps.. Avoid..

Received order for LED battens promptly, well wrapped. However no instructions as to fitting etc.
Looked online for same but only found panel fitting instructions.
Awaiting response, when received and fitted will up rate experience.

First time I have used them. Got a prompt reply to a technical query I made. Ordered 4 LED tubes and just went for standard delivery. Arrived day after.

I'm so impressed! I managed to order 3 tube lights for my kitchen from this company and they were delivered the next day. I tested them all and they worked perfectly. They were packaged well and treated with care upon delivery. The price was also fantastic. I got 3 lights for around £18 including delivery. On another website 2 of the exact same lights would have cost me around £30. A very happy customer!

Fantastic Company. My order came quickly but there was something missing. I emailed and it was sorted quickly. Great customer service.

Well-priced, quick delivery - no issues.

Returned some light bulbs after contacting customer service explaining I had ordered the wrong product, they said I could return and get a full refund and emailed me the returns details. I sent back the items undamaged and in its original packaging but unfortunately they are refusing to refund me even though they have received the items that I sent via 48hr tracked via parcel force, this is hugely unacceptable and disappointing given how hard working familys are struggling during these difficult times.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately FedEx couldn't get my order to me in one piece but the customer service provided by Kyle in lampshop customer services was excellent

If in need of a light quickly, I’d advise visiting your local light/electrical store as this company are extremely unreliable.
I placed an order for two lights for next next-day delivery (including the next-day delivery fee) and two weeks later the lights have still not arrived. I believe non-delivery is due to issues with FedEx as from looking at other reviews they seem to have a similar experience stating that FedEx attempted delivery however nobody knocked on our door nor attempted to contact me. Lampshoponline were initially responding to my emails however now they haven’t responded to my last two. It shouldn’t have to be up to the customer to have to chase up on couriers/companies as to the whereabouts of items that haven’t been delivered. I hope nobody else has to experience the same as I have. Bad experience and poor customer service. Avoid this company.

I have just purchased a GE 5ft Twin T8 LED Ready Batten Fitting as a sample. The quality of this fitting is shocking. I have submitted a product review to LampShopOnline warning potential customers about this product. LampShopOnline have not published this review. I am an electrical engineer and have installed this type of product for decades. If this is how LampShopOnline do business then customers should beware. This incident has conclusively proven that they take customers money and obtain business by hiding genuine information regarding bad products. A good professional company would not operate like this. I and many of my friends in the trade will not be doing business with this company.

Im a normal person (not a tradie). I ordered about 6 lightbulbs for the house 3 years ago. I wanted high lumens, low power LED lights to replace old flourescent ones. They were about £3/£4 each. Theyve lasted well so I ordered some more recently for other rooms. Again, great customer service, great products. I had 1 of the lighbulbs didnt work, and they displatched a replacement which arrived within 2 days. Very quick customer service. Cannot fault the company. Would recommend to others. I will never buy bulbs from anywhere else. Happy customer.

Paid for next day delivery. 4 Days later still no delivery. No response from company when querying!

Needed some tubes for my kitchen lights under the cupboards but couldn't find the right ones online. Phoned up lampshoponline who told me the product code for the tubes I needed. They arrived in perfect condition the next day. Just great. Thanks!

Despite the LED tubes ordered arriving broken three times on the trot, I cannot fault Lampshop for their fast delivery, communication and eagerness to replace the broken items. The LED tubes were packed extremely well in all three cases and clearly marked "fragile", so I lay the blame firmly with FedEx. Shame on you FedEx! Will definitely use again (Lampshop, not FedEx!)

I purchased 2 Energizer Led tubes but unfortunately one arrived broken. Customer Services pulled put all the stops to issue replacement and kept me well informed. I can highly recommend LampShopOnline based on their Excellent Customer Service team.
