One LED Tube was missing from my order, but LampShopOnline quickly sent a replacement and 2 extra as a goodwill gesture. Great service.

Dilvered quickly and in one piece, as others have pointed out they are a little flimsy so took the advice and supported them in the middle with a cable tie, as these are in the garage this was not a problem, I have seen on line some people having issues not realising they have to modify the fittings which I found easy to do, very bright.

No problem with Lampshop online.
The problem was with Fedex.
Packaging completely destroyed. Base of box open.
Every box inside was flattened. Fortunately nothing damaged but some parts missing presumed fallen out of the base.
Fedex didn't deliver on the day requested.
Please don't use Fedex. Not the first time I've had issues with them.

Very prompt delivery, ordered early afternoon with the basic delivery option (1-2 days), arrived before 10:00 the following morning.
Have now fitted the light, a very simple procedure, very inobtrusive and works beautifully.

Purchased 2 ledvance 20w lights. Delivery was quick. Lights installed easily. First impressions look good quality, very compact size and lightweight. Settings straightforward if a little fiddly. Give excellent light, and with 5 year warranty.

Phoned the company to enquire about a High Bay LED light showing out of stock. Advisor pointed me to an alternative light fitting whch met my requiremenrs excatly.

I could have bought the exact same bulb at Tesco for £2 but I am in a wheelchair and had no-one to take me

After paying extra for next day delivery, the item arrived broken. Delivery guy probably heard the glass and decided to just leave on our doorstep without ringing bell.

I ordered a replacement bulb for my nanas kitchen, it was one of the longer ones so when it arrived it had bent in the middle. I emailed customer service and they had sent out a replacement within the hour.

It arrived at the house less than 2 days later and they'd packaged it extra tight and added an extra bulb in for her, the customer service via email was quick, friendly and helpful and they resolved the issue immediately.

New bulb works perfectly and now she has a spare one, definitely recommend this company!

Easy ordering process, found the lights I needed to replace some florescent lights, unfortunately broke on arrival but one email with a pic made a replacement easy.

3 of our fittings were damaged in delivery. The remote sensor on 3 of the fittings had to be modified on site as a repair The sensor was snapped off. I would recommend strnger packaging. No complai t with the product

Great service. Light arrived in two days standard delivery. It replaced a Luseco light which failed after less than 3 years. Fitted it yesterday and added an external water proof junction box. That means we can remove in the future from outside without having to get to the internal junction box which is under the floor boards. The light is easy to install and has protruding adjustment buttons which makes it easier to set up. It gives a warm light all the way to my back gate at 12m away. I can not comment on it's longevity but time will tell. The 5 year warranty is a good bonus.
