On-line purchase

On-line purchase, so no contact took place. However, communication and delivery updates were excellent. Item well packaged and delivered on time.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Extremely quick to purchase and dispatch goods with good communication throughout. Purchased a second hand camera and exactly as described. Would 100% use again.

Lens stuck

Unboxed and attached to my camera, it worked fine until I adjusted the zoom and has now been stuck in the 280-300mm mark, unsure if the product was damaged during delivery or if this is a common issue with that particular lens.

Leica D-Lux 8 - Used Item

LCE came up with the goods as usual! The Leica D-Lux 8 was well priced and exceeded my expectations in its condition. I called the shop to arrange a delayed despatch so the camera arrived at an appointed time and communication was good.

Excellent service. The sales team were very quick to resolve a mistake that I made during the online process with good communications. The lens I bought was exactly as described and delivered on time.
