Good customer service truly stands out when things go wrong.
I went to pick up my bike from Leisure Lakes, but unfortunately, they had prepared a different model than the one I ordered. It was frustrating since I had to make another trip. However, they sincerely apologized and offered me money off a helmet as compensation for the inconvenience.
Well done Leisure Lakes for sorting things out.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable
I had a great time visiting Leisure Lakes Bikes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect bike accessories for my bike. The store was clean and organized, an it was easy to find what i was looking for

Workshop staff extremely helpful with my warrantee issue. Warrantee team also excellent, went above and beyond to provide me with part numbers. Would highly recommend buying an e bike from them.
