Waited for over 10mins until somebody showed up.

I received an excellent response by phone to my recent enquiries which led to me visiting yesterday to try a bike. The team were wonderful when I arrived and soon had me fitted to the bike that they had transferred from another store for me to view. Zaak was very knowledgeable and attentive and I returned to see him today to customer order my Orbea Denna.
The visit today was very good and I was guided through my choices and options by Zaak, his manager and helped try a few things by the team. Order placed, really worth a visit as you will be met by a fun and professional team who go that little bit further to help and ensure that you are fully supported and satisfied. Thank you.

Excellent Service!

I popped into Leisure Lakes Daventry to have a dropper post fitted, and sadly, it was not that straight forward. The workshop was also really busy, but they managed to squeeze me in at short notice via their Coventry store.

Tom and Matt were fantastic and a real credit to LL Bikes. Top service and now i have my go to bike shop.

Easy 5 Stars from me.

I purchased this item from Leisure Lakes Bikes a couple of weeks ago. They had the best price available for this large Motorbike chain. I was able to collect it within the hour from their store within Go Outdoors in Coventry which was really convenient for me. There was a very friendly staff member there when I collected too. The item itself is great also - very large and heavy!!

Easy online ordering & collection from store

Came in to try on helmets and I was showed where they where and asked if I needed advice and then left to try them on with no pressure once that was picked they also promptly fix my bike with no booking whilst I waited as I had it with me. it was a absolutely amazing service end to end and I will only be using this bike shop from now on as they where so Helpfull from start to finish cheers Sam
