I followed their instructions to the T
I followed their instructions to the T, rushed to drop it off, 4 days after they call to ask what was the date of sample and then say it’s gonna take another 3-5 days. What a joke this company is wasted money! YOU ARE BETTER OFF TROWING MONEY IN A TRASH CAN at least then you are not waiting on any results

Good except for blood sample collection method
Collecting the blood sample was a bit cumbersome. The finger prick method was not ideal for collecting the required amount of blood. The results were very quickly processed, however, so that was greatly appreciated.

I used this company once before a…
I used this company once before a couple of years ago with a 30% off code. I got the results back in the 3-5 day window they advertise. This time I paid full price with no discount and it has been 14 days since it reached the lab and no results yet. Will not use them again.
Now they will post some cookie cutter AI or copy and pasted reply.

This was far the best lab experience…
This was far the best lab experience I’ve ever had! It was shipped to me fast, the instructions were very clear, it was return shipped in what seemed like lighting speed and I had my results the next day! I return shipped Wednesday mid day and I had my results Thursday evening!

Really disappointing experience.
My husband purchased these LetsGetChecked kits a while ago and gave them as a gift … we intentionally held onto them because we planned to do them in connection with a milestone birthday.
When we finally went to use them, we learned they were expired. I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution in the form of a replacement kit, and instead got a hard NO on both a replacement kits or refund after waiting on hold for 23 minutes. Their position was essentially that too much time had passed. Which misses the point. We paid for a product that ultimately could not be used, and when we reached out in good faith, the company refused to stand behind it in any meaningful way. It’s frustrating to be left with unusable kits and zero effort of the company to make it right. ZeroStars!

The company did everything they said…
The company did everything they said they would, and did it very quickly. The only not -so-great is the collection process. It was difficult due to the of the amount of blood needed for my test and very tricky. Everything else was good.
