So returned two tests to LGC
So returned two tests to LGC, after 3 days I have had no confirmation of shipping. Contacted LGC Support and this was escualted to the lab team, 15 days later still nothing. I have tried to call, both UK numbers and they line answers then call is dropped.
In the past these guys have been spot on with service, when things went wrong they sorted them.
This time they have failed at every step.

Easy, Quick, Not a Lot of Results
The test was easy. The results came quickly. Unfortunately, the results weren't as helpful as I had hoped. It seems it’s a no or maybe. Maybe I should not have expected more than that. But if you’re trying to just rule something out (with a no), it’s great.

False advertising. Only checked 4 hormones.
I paid a lot of money thinking I'd have so many hormones checked. In reality, this only checked 4 hormones and none of them were the important ones like progesterone or testosterone. Very falsely advertised. Don't waste your money like I did. Just find a functional medicine doctor near you and pay the same money to actually have hormones checked.

Mishandling the shipping
Mishandling the shipping, poor communication with follow up, failed to do what was communicated after a problem was brought to your attention. Poorly handled customer service and not expediting already very delayed results. In total an expedited testing kit and results will take 3 weeks from start to results because of numerous errors.

I ordered the at home biometric…
I ordered the at home biometric screening. After not receiving my results for 3 months I called them, sat on the phone for 30 minutes, and was told that my account wasn’t connected correctly and I’d have to redo the whole process. Terrible experience when my app tell me the test has been received at the lab.

You promise 2-5 business days to receive results. Mine took 11 business days (16 actual days) for the results to arrive. I would like a refund or at least a second test sent to me at your cost. This has caused my partner and I a great deal of strife as a result. Please do not disregard my disappointment.

UPDATE: I submitted my 2 star review (see below) describing how after several times of having a 5 star service from this company I was really frustrated with the utter lack of communication from the company in my last order. When my latest order arrived at their facility during an ongoing snarl at the receiving facility (tech related maybe? the company's operator wasn't sure of the nature of the mess) the order took 17 days instead of 3-5. That was really inconvenient but the biggest issue was their lack of communication about the delay which forced me to reschedule my doctor's appointment not once but twice. Even a simple group email warning of the delay would have eliminated my frustration. While that didn't happen, one week after my review below, I received a full refund for that set of blood work. So was it a fun, smooth experience? No. But did they, in the end, step up? Yup. Will I order from them again? probably. But I do hope they install some sort of customer communication - even if it is automated - if this ever happens again. But I do appreciate the refund to be sure. Thank you.

I usually love this company and have used their services 3 times in the past with only good results. But they need to get better communication when things go south. I mailed in my order this time and expected the usual turnaround of about3-5 days. You can track what stage they're in. So when I still hadn't gotten results in over a week I wrote and asked what was up. Zero response in 48 hours (they never responded) so I called and was told they had had a major outage but that my sample was fine - just back logged. I asked for a time estimate in case I needed to reschedule my doctor's appt. They had no idea. So I rescheduled. Next week they STILL hadn't contacted me or moved my sample ahead for analysis so I called again. They thought it would take ANOTHER 5 days. So I rescheduled. Again. I now finally have my results and as usual the service is clear and helpful. My only beef with this kerfuffle is zero communication with a customer. Please next time send out a group email so we all know what is going on. OR at least respond to emails that are inquiring. A little communication goes a long way. 2 stars goes to the friendly and helpful-as-he-could-be phone operator who was kind and understanding as he gave me the update. Clearly he was not the issue. I imagine he was answering calls like mine all day long - I also imagine that a simple email to all customers with current orders would have made his day a lot easier. My doctor's office is understanding but this was not ideal.
