I was served by Jaya today, i have to say my past experiences with over-the-phone conversations in general have been very poor, I’m 18 still learning about how Insurance works but Jaya today has been an amazing help, very polite, understanding and important to my situation, didn’t waste any time in providing me the best support possible and handling my request in good time.
