Operator Archie Bremner and Jade form travel was a huge help in my claim service.Its my first time doing any of this and he was patient and made everything easy 5/5 star service

So I have had sadly 2 non fault accidents with this insurer. Within a very short period of time of each other. On both occasions, the customer service and the process of sorting the claim have been very good, and made to be as stress free as possible. Daniel Miller-Williams was the chap we have dealt with on the most recent claim and his customer service without a doubt has been outstanding. The claim is on going currently, and I feel confident with staff such as Daniel dealing with our case, we will have great support on getting this claim dealt with as swiftly as possible.

Steve Bull Arrived well within expected time frame. Polite and courteous. A biker himself, he was very careful with my broken bike. Secured it into the van and said he would take care of it. Excellent service. Thank you.

First time having to make a insurance claim and I’ve got nothing but praise for Lancaster Gate Assistance,
They arranged the recovery for my motorcycle and a temporary one while claim is going through,also my physio for my recovery and solicitor.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and have really helped at a stressful time.

Initial contact and arranging a replacement bike was fantastic, just what I needed, when I needed it. The person who was supposed to be looking after my claim did not reply to emails or give me the information I needed in what I would class as a reasonable time frame. A phone call and Jade sorted everything out within 15 mins a big thanks to Dave and Jed who delivered and collected bikes and managed to fit around my time available.

Andy was super informative and helpful with my pick up and drop off.
