Derek was incredibly helpful and patient with a lengthy period between loan approval and drawdown. Nothing was a problem, and he was always available to sort out any issues. Products offered were suited to my circumstances and were good value.
I recommended him to my sister in law who also is now a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Derek to all my friends and family as he offers excellent advice and cares about the outcomes for his customers.
This is the second time I have obtained a mortgage through Derek, and I wouldn't hesitate to be in contact next time.
