Liberty - Gavin Crabbe Opiniões

I have chosen to use Gavin a couple of times over the years and have always found him approachable and offered sound advice.
Most recently he went above and beyond to make sure the transaction met all the timelines required and even went out of his way to communicate with the vendor to save me time and stress. Can’t thank him enough and would recommend his services to anyone wishing to listen. Thanks again for the great experience.

Being referred to Gavin from the start has been a great experience, he is very professional , down to earth, and easy to talk to and deal with. Any problems or questions we had , no matter how stupid we thought they were he was always able to put our mind at ease . He worked around our work schedule and , and definitely outside normal business ( bank hours) . He got our loan approved fast so we didn’t loose the property to another buyer . We would and will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance . Thank you again Gavin for making the process so easy , there was no need for meetings or traveling .

Easy to deal with no issues what do ever lots of knowledge as well

Gavin is excellent in his field and very pleasant to deal with. He is responsive and professional, and my settlement went through very smoothly.

being self employed, only having 1 1/2 years of financials, on a property of 160 acres was a huge ask. It took a long time but I got my end result. I can see why some brokers would have put it in the too hard basket

We have used Gavin’s services for 2 property purchases, and would do so again without any hesitation. Gavin makes the daunting task of buying a property, easy to understand, seamless and completely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Gavin to anyone requiring the services of a mortgage broker.

We found Gavin to be highly professional honest reliable and courteous. We would not think twice to use his services again when the need arises.
Thanks Gavin.

Incredible service. Process was incredibly simple, in no time was the application was submitted and there was no need to collect information, scan it and send it by email. It was all done online within an hour. While Gavin said it can take up to 49 hours the cash was in my account that same afternoon. I have never had a better experience getting a loan. Further more Gavin's professionalism and easy going demeanour made it enjoyable. I could never recommend Gavin high enough.

Gavin has to be the most attentive, kind, understanding, adaptable, broker, I have ever worked with. He went far and beyond to not only make sure I understood the process but every step of the way was there for me. He was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and made a very stressful process as easy and smooth sailing as he could possibly do. Even after the deal was done, he cared enough to call and check in on me when 2 weeks after settlement we found ourselves in a flood zone. Gavin went over and above to assist us get the property we wanted and the best interest rate possible. I cant recommend him highly enough.
