Far too complex won’t let return
I sent for the liver testing kit for my partner. When arrived was far too complex for a lay person. No way could I understand it. Requested to return as unopened only read instructions. They said would charge me £15 if I sent it back. Only cost £19.99. So 14 Day return as advertised doesn’t apply. Waste of money. Not even a wee urine bottle either!

I liked that your test was accurate
I liked that your test was accurate. I know I have hay fever and your results were correct with my reactions to grass and tree pollen. I know my body and I have always assumed I had issues with milk and dairy in general. That being said the wheat allergy and other grain intolerances were also expected hence why I took the test. My results showed I had to eliminate dairy, gluten(wheat, rye, barely, durum wheat, soya) and eggs from my diet. Which leads me to my next point… as a person who has never eliminated anything from their diet, this is extremely drastic! To have to pay extra on top of an already expensive test, to have a consultant review, isn’t the best when someone is sincerely in need of help. In conclusion, your results are accurate but when somebody has to make such a drastic change like myself, and have to figure out meals on their own, the support isn’t really there unless you pay for it. May I please suggest that people with 2 or more high reaction intolerances/ allergies be offered free support with a nutritionist/ consultant to help with meals? This was a very dramatic change for me and I feel as though I speak for people in a similar situation to myself. I hope you take this well and change for the better in the future.

Test quick & easy.
My local surgery has become very unaccessible as usually ask them fir ovarian cancer blood test as it's in the family. Told I'd has my 75 year blood test last year even though I'm only 69. Bought test from Lifelab & quick & easy like a covid test. Will use again, NHS seems to have given up on older people!!!!

Nutritional Therapist is essential
After I received test results, I was a bit disappointed as I almost didn’t have any allergies or intolerances even I had known that I had them.
Good I had consultation with nutritional therapist Maria M. Griffiths. She explained me how the gut memory works and why it didn’t show during this particular test. It is because I have not been having those foods for more than 4 months.

Failed test :(
Failed test :(
Arrived reasonably quickly but a waste of money. Followed the test instructions to the letter, but the flow test came up as invalid - and that is that. No second chance. I cant believe it would cost much to include a spare lateral flow cartridge in the package, given that they include 2 of everything else. Weird - wouldnt recommend risking your money.

Poor instructions - how can a home user measure 80 micro litres?
Poor kit - the ‘capillary tube’ had no line and simply didn’t work
Therefore the test didn’t work and I wasted my money
