I ordered vitamin E oil from LifePharmacy. There was a delay in Royal Mail delivery and I had to email LifePharmacy customer service inquiring about my order. I was pleasantly surprised how promptly they responded to me. As they had already dispatched the order they could not advise why there was such a long delay in delivery and offered either to send a replacement or give me full refund. I requested a full refund. And on the same day in the evening my order was delivered. I wanted to pay back the outstanding money but LifePharmacy kindly offered me to keep the item without payment for the inconvenience and a sign of good gesture. I really appreciate it. Overall, great experience and support from the customer service team.

Ordered some aftershave and then received an email several days later stating that it wasn't in stock. If it wasn't in stock, then why did your site allow me to order it? A complete waste of time and won't be using again

I ordered some painkillers for a bad back as my GP advised me to take otc when regular ibuprofen doesn’t work. They cancelled my order for frequent use. The last time I had ordered was 3 months ago. Don’t use this company. They don’t even know the correct guidelines on the medication they sell. They expect you to waste your GP time with minor conditions.

I ordered Carolina Herrera 212 Men Edt 100ml Spray from them due to having cheapest price and decent reviews. I raised order 4 days ago. The weired thing is that I have not received any condirmation email but the payment was processed immediately. I can only see the details of order in their webpage and my bank account. This is the first time I did not receive any confirmation mail for my purchase but payment was taken imemdiately. The order is still being processed on their webpage. I lost my belive that this thing will be delivered. There is no option for order cancellation, the only way is emailing them which I already did. The first and last experience for me with this webpage.

Ordered online after indicating in stock. After payment done order cancelled and still now no refund and no where to call as the customer support number only reading covid messages .
Better avoid such irresponsible companies for online purchase

I love this local family owned pharmacy. The owners are so delightful & great people. Service is top notch. So glad I found this place instead of having to deal with the big franchised impersonal pharmacies.

I would not recommend any other place to take a PCR Test then here. Service is absolutely brilliant. Received the results within 24 hours . Had a misspelled name ...contacted them via WhatsApp and they changed it right way. Guys get your PCR tests here !!!!
