If I could 0 stars I would. The flowers I received were 10" post I ordered and paid for 16". I spent months trying to resolve this with them and eventually they just stopped replying. They offered no compensation of any kind and kept denying they were wrong even with photographic evidence. Do not touch them, we were so upset the funeral flowers we received were more of an insult. The only saving grace was that our name card was tucked down so deep you had to look for it meaning no one else could see what a pathetic bunch we had sent 😡😡

What a complete rip off this company is rubbish service rubbish awful flowers and even worse awful cutest ice beware they will take your money but you may not get what you order as they farm out the work not sure if they are florists or just a booking site please don’t use or you will like me be very sorry they apologise but that’s it got your money so tough

Not a great bunch of flowers

Not a great bunch of flowers. Same day Delivery ended up being next day delivery and most of the flowers were old and near death.

Oh well. I’ll try a different company next time.

Late flowers & worst customer service.

Rudest people. Flowers delivered a day late for birthday. 30+ emails overs weeks and weeks refusing to refund even after admitting fault. Offered half refund and lead down the primrose lane.

In the end I contacted my bank, explained the situation and they refunded me. For anyone else in this predicament - two things to know - of the flowers arrive a day late - don’t open them, just leave them boxed on the side. Make it clear to them they are welcome to pick them up as you don’t want them. The bank will need to know you have told them they can have the flowers back. Good luck. Don’t ever use them again............

Wrong funeral flowers sent. NOW IN LIQUIDATION

I have been trying to sort out a dispute with Lilian Rose about a basket of flowers that didn't look as if they were worth more than £25 to £30 to be sent to the funeral of my partners brother who was 73 yrs old. I had ordered an extra large sheaf, costing £60 apart from a couple of pence. I was disgusted when I saw them totally not suitable for an elderly gentleman. After 14 emails sent by me, which they have replied to, although mainly asking silly questions, I was asked if I had a photo, I did not but the funeral director was so gobsmacked when she saw them she took a photo for me, so I was able to send that I have just been informed by email from Mr J Heath that they have gone into liquidation, and there will not be any sort of refund. VERY CONVENIENT. Don't use this company. I will be pursuing a full refund and I will not give up, I am not nick named the Rottweiler for nothing!!!!

Don’t use Lillian flowers

Don’t use Lillian flowers for same day service
I dealt with them at the beginning of the year and had bad service with them ie not delivered on the day, ignored contents of my email and spoken conversation with representative of company
Delivered to empty house got half refund as gesture of goodwill
Please be aware anyone placing an order with them,
They use a 3rd party to deliver your order and that is Definitely NOT quarantined

Living in South Wales & needing to send flowers to a very dear family member living in Loughborough, I picked a Florist out of thin air. I’m so glad I chose Annabelle’s Florist, after a slight hiccup, which was quickly remedied. The amazing upgraded Summer Dreams bouquet was delivered to a very excited, delighted recipient. So thank you very much. I will use your services next time flowers are needed. Sandra Davies

Be aware! Total rip off!

I didn't have time to check online before placing an order. I've ordered a large size of a tulip bouquet that was priced for different quantities. I wanted to go with the 30 tulips. Paid. Paid for chocolates etc. My friend sent a picture of the bouquet and thanks notes after delivery. It was awful, there were 10 tulips max, wrapped totally differently then it was showing on the web site.

No reply to emails, no answer to cals, total rip off!

Well I have just been ripped off big…

Well I have just been ripped off big time. I spent just about £50 with this company to send flowers, same day delivery to my Aunt. They were delivered to me instead. I received a text apologising as the order details had been transposed by them. Then they tell me it was my fault which it was not. So no flowers and no refund. They've got to be having a laugh.

Dear Christine You 100% made a mistake , we do not have control over the web orders the customer does. We have offered you a 1/2 price bouquet for Saturday as a gesture of goodwill, my manager has sent you a screen shot. You even put Margaret's telephone number in the senders phone number box. We are trying to help you, I am afraid this is your mistake . Please email lillianrosehelp@gmail.com and customer services will send you a copy of the order so you can see your mistake Kind Regards

Not the best way to get flowers !

The ordering was easy ... but communications from then on was very poor. The flowers were ordered for a birthday but were not delivered untill nearly 5pm !
Customer service bizarrely is via email or text with a reply within 3 hours and trying to get any info regarding delivery time is impossible.
The flowers did arrive, however i will not be using this company again.

No Stars. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Ordered flowers as a thank you to my in-laws as we held a small party for them. Lillian Rose promise same day delivery on their website, so I ordered a £50 bouquet. They also look like they are local to you on a Google Search. They aren't. Alarm bells started ringing when I got no confirmation email. I tried phoning back, but the message said that their offices were closed, (but were open from 8:15am to 5:30pm- though I rang at 4pm!!!). I tried emailing and was asked for my postcode.
No delivery happened. I phoned in the morning and was put through to their customer care team- who can only be contacted by text or email! I then phoned back and asked to speak to a manager, it was told that no-one was available. The operator was also very arrogant and rude. I had spent the previous evening researching Lillian Rose on Trust Pilot and other review sites. How I wish that I had done that before. They take your money and that's it.
I have now received an email blaming a 'diary issue' and offering £10. There was no diary issue and my in laws are now back on the other side of the country. My wife is very unhappy with me as the flowers did not arrive and it really upset her as she feels that she let her parents down.
Read the reviews. Believe the bad ones. It is strange how the few good ones are all 'verified orders' and the bad ones aren't.

UPDATE: A pathetically small box of flowers, that could NEVER be said to be worth £50 was attempted to be delivered by courier today. Delivery was refused and I will be referring this matter to Trading Standards. No email invoice, nothing. Stay away from this ‘company’ and save your money.

FURTHER UPDATE: Finally got my money back after multiple emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
